Bought too replace a printer that would not go wifi

had to get our computer tech to-get it going --had to get directions on line ----isn't easy with no hard copy to work from had to pay for set up!

I love it, it’s user friendly and does a great job.

I am impressed with the ink usage. However, the document feeder is extremely picky. I do a lot of scanning for our company and if the papers are not pristine the feeder gets jammed up. Many times I have had to make a copy of the paper then use the feeder to scan. I have had great luck with Epsons previously, and am disappointed in this product. Other than the document feeder it seems to be a good printer, but that is a deal-breaker for me.

Printer leaves a lot to be desired. The wireless connection works great on a mobile phone, but for a laptop the software is instrumental for printing successfully. The print quality is not what I was expecting. There is a lot of hype about these eco tank printers, but in all honesty, color laser is the way to go. A $400 printer should have a value added vs that of a $120 printer. Scanning function works well, as long as you have the software installed. If it wasn’t due to work paying for this, I would have spent an extra $200 on a laser printer.

I bought this printer as an investment piece for entering college. This was supposed to help save money and time, because I would be able to print at any time I would need to and it would be cost effective because the ink refills would be affordable, and I could have it for many years to come. However what I received was anything but. If I could turn back time I would have never bought this. The printer is constantly getting jammed and when it gets jammed you have to remove the back piece and manually pull the piece of paper out. Every Time.The printer constantly has to be recalibrated. and updated to the point where I don't even update the software anymore. The tray holds about 30 pieces of paper and is constantly running out. The ink itself isn't that great, the blacks are grayish and not a true black, the yellow shows orangish. When the papers print the ink is still wet and you have to let it dry a bit before moving the paper. The printer itself will randomly turn on and make loud grinding noises. The print speed of the printer is so slow, that it takes a long time to print 15 pieces of paper. To print several essays and worksheets for class is an event which I specifically carve out of my day to do because I know it's going to take time, and I will have to constantly unjam the paper and refill the tray and recalibrate the printer.

ET-2760 broke after 1 year of light usage (had purchased a warranty). To diagnose this printer problem from home required three hours on the phone and a $200 subscription to upgraded Geek Squad support. At the end of that discussion the assessment was the ET-2760 printer was broken and must be returned to store. Had to schedule a return trip (40 miles) to Best Buy. At Best Buy on return of printer no ET-2760 replacement was available, required to upgrade to ET-3760 (with an associated warranty) with UPS shipment. UPS shipment arrived with ET-3760 printer, glass panel was cracked and unusable. Returned to Best Buy (40 miles) with ET-3760 printer, no replacement ET-3760 available, required to upgrade to ET-4760 (with associated warranty). Store manager showed very low customer service support for the overall situation and acted like I was bothering her with my product problems.

Just purchased a few weeks ago and it is already routinely jamming. Also, colors are too light when color printing, and are not true coloring. It's okay, but probably not worth the price.

First time buying an Epson. This printer is the worst. I am mad we purchased 5 of them. I will be going back to HP

The printer is not fast and this all in one does not have all features Its incredibly light which is great but seriously for the cost the scan feature should not be turtle like.

One of the key features I looked for is auto-duplex scanning, which many reviews claim this printer can do. This printer, as confirmed by Epson tech support, does not do that. Further, thinking I might cave and just flip the pages, I found that this machine jams way to easily even on a regular simplex scan. I am replacing a Canon PIXMA MX892 does a superior job at duplex scanning, or any scanning at all. I am only replacing it because the print heads clog so frequently that they are now unusable. So Epson has a crappy scanner, but the Eco Tank seems attractive. Canon's paper handling is superior, but the clogs way to often. Maybe these two companies should merge and ditch the crappy part of each product. I would be grateful to hear from any consumers out there who have found a good balance between reliable duplex scanning and decenet printing with ink tanks. But for now, the et-3760 is going back for a return. Perhaps what I will try next is to keep the MX892 for duplex scanning and get a separate print only eco-tank or mega tank.

Feeder not working properly. Needs replacement. This confirmed by the Geek Squad rep who I had come over to help with wireless connections to computers and phones.

the color quality does not match what is on the monitor. It does not seem to produce satisfactory pictures.

I've had my eyes on tank printers for a while. Prior to getting my hands on the Epson EcoTank 3760 I had an HP printer. The ink cartridges for the HP were very expensive, so I needed a better solution to this ink madness. The Epson EcoTank 3760 was my solution to this problem. I love the fact that you no longer have to purchase expensive ink cartridges and can just refill the ink directly to the tank. The Epson EcoTank 3760 has a sleek and elegant design. I was expecting it to be a large unit, but it is actually compact and much smaller than my previous all-in-one printer. The setup is a breeze, and just about anyone can do this. Filling the tanks with ink is a simple process with the genuine Epson ink bottles. The color prints are really nice and the colors are amazing. If you want to stop the ink cartridge madness, do yourself a favor and get the Epson EcoTank 3760. You will not regret it.

The print quality is fine. The main problem is that the air print feature is very temperamental. Sometimes it works sometimes and sometimes it doesn’t. I have tried updating all my different operating systems. I have tried cycling the computers and printer often on. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t. My family is continually trying to get me to fix it and sometimes I can fix it and sometimes I can’t. This printer is a huge pain.

Good printer until it broke down with scanner error #000041. I did call Epson and they are replacing it. I hope that the new one lasts longer!

A good printer. Liquid ink leaves the paper wrinkled though. I had difficulty setting the printer up and installing the proper software.

Works fine. I don’t like the continuous light that gets brighter then dims on the power button on the front. Very annoying

only scannes one page at a time very disapointed called teck support not much help either would like to send back

Loved the large ink tanks - always used HP printers but got tired of needing all those expensive ink carriages to print out my documents. But I also need to scan and edit multi page documents and could not find a way to do this easily with this printer. With the HP printers is would only need 1 button and one or two settings to do it all in one swoop.
