No luck with this Epson printer for us
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had the most problems with this printer than any other printer I have owned. Most of the time I could only get documents to print if I emailed them. Most devices in home could not see it on same network, products include windows pc, iPads, iPhones, Samsung galaxy s7+, hp laptop, and asus laptop. The android phones was most successful. Took over 2 hours to get to print most times. I took it back and purchased the hp version of this same type of printer. The software set-up so easily, and worked immediately.

Office only printer
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is an office printer. Documents only. Is my assessment of this printer. Any photos that you try to print come out cartoon like. If you want to be able to print photos get something different.

Would not work at all.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was so hopeful to have a printer that don't rely on cartridges. I ordered this for work and tried unsuccessfully for a week to get it printing online. It would not work, even after uninstalling, reinstalling, downloading and redownloading drivers. It was found wirelessly, but wouldn't print. I tried plugging in the printer out of desperation, and that also proved fruitless. I had to lug my old printer to work to get what I needed to do done. I still need to send it back :(

Good idea for saving money for ink
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This printer itself is very pricy just because of new idea of saving money for spending ink cartridge. It’s fine. My biggest issue is WiFi connection. I spent almost three hours and finally gave up. Be aware!

Trouble with top feeder

Wish I could return this
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This printer constantly paper jams, disconnects from the network, doesn't finish print jobs, and needs constant attention. I'm always downloading drivers, reconnecting to my PC, and ripping paper out of the back of it. The original Epson Eco-Tank was a bit clunky but it always got the job done. I do not recommend thie model at all.

Don’t waste your money
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pretty much unusable every other time I try. One time it prints, and the next time I try to print, can be same day or another day, and I get an error message that it’s offline. This happens with every laptop, desktop, cell phone or tablet in my home. This has been such an aggravation and waste of time and money. It’s back to HP for me.

Once you go cartridge free, you won't go back
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my first experience with a cartridge free printer and I'm impressed. The printer is as good and probably better than any inkjet with a cartridge. The filling of the tanks is very easy and mess free. The nozzle's snap into place and fill the tank(s) until they are full and then it automatically stops. It takes 10 minutes for the printer to initialize once the tanks are filled but its well worth the wait when considering you might not have to fill them again for 2 years! The printing is very fast and great quality for an inkjet and this printer also supports front to back printing. The scanner on this model has the auto feed tray up top and can scan to various formats and send them wireless to your pc. The printer itself is very compact and takes up very little space. It has clear windows on the front for you to see the ink level as well. As my summary says, once you go cartridge free, you won't go back... this is a revolutionary option form Epson and it works very well.

Headache after headache
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First impression: GREAT! Love the software, compact seemingly well appointed device. REALITY: HORRIBLE. Paper jams when scanning, "out of paper" when there isn't, rollers eat paper. Nothing but headaches. Unfortunately didn't really put to test until after return period ended a week ago. Now I am stuck with it.

I don't recommend this printer
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Although this printer is great at printing in black ink, the color ink does not work. I took it in to the store as I have purchased the geek squad package, The tech could not get it working and said that they can't do anything more with it. I purchased this printer in order to print color and that part is worthless. Best Buy will not give me another printer in it's place.

Known issues, poor quality, buy something else
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This printer is awful. Awful. Do NOT buy. There are known issues with paper feed. It is not intuitive to set up with email interfaces / wireless connectivity. I so wanted to "fill and chill" -- and the overall printer is terrible. I wanted to return it, but I was past 15 days before I set it up... and will likely have to buy something that actually works. Rip off.

I love that I will never again throw away good ink
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a new kind of inkjet printer for me. I have used inkjets for MANY years, and, while I’m generally fine with them, there have always been several aspects of their use that annoy me. I don’t like that the manufacturers practically give the printers away and make money on the ink. But you know this going in. I don’t like that inkjet printers start sending you alarm messages “ink cartridge getting low” long before the cartridge is actually empty. What am I supposed to do with a message like that? I’m certainly not going to throw away a quarter-cartridge of expensive ink. So I keep using the old cartridge until the second message finally pops up telling me basically “ok, the cartridge really is empty now,” or words to this effect. THEN I replace the cartridge. Third, and this is only true for lower-end inkjets that don’t have separate color ink cartridges but rather use a single “color” cartridge with tanks for all three colors built into the same cartridge. The big problem with this kind of cartridge is that, if you want to continue having all three colors, as soon as one of them runs out, you have to replace the entire cartridge, even though the other two tanks still have ink in them, sometimes a great deal of ink. So with a color cartridge like this, you may have saved lots of money on the printer itself, but you’re constantly throwing away good ink. This Epson EcoTank ET-3760 solves some of these problems. It uses four separate ink tanks, but there no cartridges to replace. Rather, new ink comes in bottles, and you basically just pour the ink into the tank as needed. With a setup like this, you NEVER throw away ink. It’s like putting gas in your car. The gas tank gets low, and you fill up. You’re never throwing away the gas that was in the tank. So I figure that, as long as the replacement ink bottles, and my perusal of several replacement ink bottle sources confirms this, don’t cost an arm and a leg, this design by Epson is a big step forward in curbing the waste of consumables. Kudos to Epson, in my opinion. As far as as setup and all, no problems. The package includes the printer, a detailed setup guide, a power cable, and four ink bottles (black, cyan, magenta, yellow). There is no included USB cable nor ethernet cable, so you’ll need one of those if you plant to connect the printer to your computer in one of those ways. The printer can also connect wirelessly through a wi-fi network. Filling the tanks from the included bottles was simple Be prepared, during the setup process, to use five clean pieces of paper to go through the alignment process, but that went smoothly as well. You are then instructed to download and install the drivers and software, and it’s during that process that you make the final connection of the printer to the computer. I use my printers mostly for printing, scanning, and occasionally making quick copies. You can copy and scan right from the control panel as well as from your computer. Image quality is on par with the best I’ve seen from an inkjet printer. Faxes can be sent from the printer as well, but the last time I actually faxed a document, as opposed to scanning and emailing it, was about 1995, so fax capability is not of great concern to me. But it’s there if you need it. Overall, as far as inkjets go, as I said at the top, this is one of the best I’ve seen, and I’ve used some good ones. As I say, I’m looking forward to never throwing away another ink cartridge and to being able use every last drop of ink I buy.

Worst printer I have ever bought!
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The setup was a nightmare! It also very poor quality and just a light plastic product. That really surprised me how poorly it is made. I returned it. I was buying it for an extra printer to try for the "save on ink" feature. I was so disappointed in the downloading one has to do before you can ever get set up & the quality of the product I never got to find out if I could save ink.

Don't Buy
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you want to scan multiple photos at once with this buy another all-in-one. I had a 15 year old Epson all-in-one that would automatically separate the pictures into multiple images whenever you scanned more than one picture at a time. This one doesn't do that. Waste of money!
