Printer was just over a year old and quit printing red. Tried downloading new software and that was no help. Tried diagnostics, (Clean heads, etc.), no help. Very disappointed.

It broke just a few months after the warranty expired. It's telling that the warranty only lasts a year. Now it only prints blank pages. I have done all the troubleshooting steps to no avail. Now I have to get it repaired by a shop in town because Epson doesn't stand by their product if you've had it longer than a year. Before it broke, it jammed all the time. I couldn't scan more than a few pages at a time from the ADF tray without it eating several pages at once. The WiFi connection was spotty at best. Just cheap crap all around. I'm never going to buy another Epson product.

For this price, I would have hoped for a fax capability, but alas Best Buy customer--it does not do fax, even though it even takes a phone line. This buyer should have been aware

My first and absolutely LAST Epson !!! This has GOT TO BE the most ridiculously insane difficult printer to set up that I have ever had to deal with in my 70 years! I must have bought and installed over 25 printers in my lifetime and NEVER have I come across one like this!! I cannot review its printing or scanning performance as I spent the entire afternoon downloading instructions and accessory drivers (which should be part of the initial setup download) trying to get it to work. The alignment process would have been the biggest laugh if it had not been SO STUPID AND USER UNFRIENDLY. After 4 hours on non-stop craziness, I boxed it up and took it back to BestBuy. I bought an HP for half the money that was up and running in 30 minutes !!

We ordered this printer online and have had nothing but problems with it since it arrived. Of course, we missed the 15 day refund/exchange window so we are stuck with a $400 printer that has poor quality printing and must constantly be rebooted every time we go to print. Would not recommend this to ANYONE.

Copies are OK with occasional streaks, but everything else.sucks(I.e. scan, fax) is not easy or useful. The scanner took forever to figure out with several calls to the company only to find out that it comes out as a picture. Still can’t get the fax to work. The feeder doesn’t work at all. I wish I had not listened to the hype and purchased a laser all in one.

The Epson Eco Tank printer are fine at the beginning. But note that at some point you will have to replace the Maintenance Box when it gets full and immediately shuts down the machine until you can find a replacement part. Furthermore, it's likely that the Maintenance Box won't successfully contain the waste ink. I found out the hard way - the ink leaked out and sat underneath the printer, ruining the desktop beneath. I'm a very disappointed longtime Epson customer and certainly didn't expect this.

Trash, nothing I do works to get this thing to print. It worked perfectly for a couple months, now it's just trash. Their customer service hours are M-F exactly during my work hours, no other solution to fix this thing. As a single mom, I do not have the time or the resources to deal with this. Do not recommend this piece of junk to anyone!

Biggest piece of junk I've ever owned. It gets a paper jam EVERY SINGLE time I try scanning anything. So frustrating!! Do not buy this thing! The colors are way off when printing! Tried printing from multiple computers and the color is always wrong!
