    This is the worst printer I have ever purchased. What attracted me to this printer was the ecotank feature, assuming that basic printer functions worked normally. The paper feeder does not pickup paper from the tray correctly resulting in jams, partial page prints or completely blank pages. I attempted to print a configuration page from its onboard interface and it printed a partial page... absolutely the worst. The Epson support is poor as you do not speak to a person directly, but with email, and I have yet to receive a response.

    ZERO stars! This printer is 100% garbage. It takes like 5 minutes to print a single page. Connection errors all the time. My HP never did this. Avoid at all costs. Planning to bring it into the store for an exchange back to HP.

    I had an Epson Work Force-3640 for 7 years before it stopped working. The Epson ET-3850 looks OK; however, it isn't a sturdy as the WF-3640. The plus side is the ET-3850 is cartridge free.

    Unreliable and not worth it. Terrible Wi-Fi connection (including WiFi direct). Keeps giving an error that Wi-Fi is not available. When it does connect it'll be a one time thing. Overall go with another tank printer. The WiFi module they're using in these are horrible

    Wi-Fi won’t work

    This thing worked fine for a few months. We live the eco tank system and bought extra refills. However, it has now stopped connecting to WiFi and freezes up when we even try. Epson support talked us through the solution the first time but it happened again the next day. This time the fix won’t work as it freezes up and doesn’t even respond to the buttons. Very frustrating.

    I bought one after some mounts had several problems. It don’t print neither copy or scanner. They returned the money but I lost the taxes.

    Packing for refurbished is not that good, they send only printers without box, not sure how sturdy the printer is without it’s original box

    It was broken when product was opened. I was told there is nothing you could do because it was passed the 7_10 days so I lost all my money. Usable to get another and you did not help futher. Very sad

    I set up the unit and used it to print one time. Since, I cannot get it to sync to my wireless and Epson support has not been helpful. Would NOT recommend this printer.
