    Wi-Fi won’t work

    This thing worked fine for a few months. We live the eco tank system and bought extra refills. However, it has now stopped connecting to WiFi and freezes up when we even try. Epson support talked us through the solution the first time but it happened again the next day. This time the fix won’t work as it freezes up and doesn’t even respond to the buttons. Very frustrating.

    Packing for refurbished is not that good, they send only printers without box, not sure how sturdy the printer is without it’s original box

    I bought one after some mounts had several problems. It don’t print neither copy or scanner. They returned the money but I lost the taxes.

    It was broken when product was opened. I was told there is nothing you could do because it was passed the 7_10 days so I lost all my money. Usable to get another and you did not help futher. Very sad

    I set up the unit and used it to print one time. Since, I cannot get it to sync to my wireless and Epson support has not been helpful. Would NOT recommend this printer.

    Everything about this unit sucks. constant misfeed, jams, sensors say load paper when its loaded with paper. do not recommend a refurbished unit from Best Buy

    This printer has made homeschool achievable! Quality printing, with a very long ink lifespan. This has opened so many doors for my daughter's education! I wouldn't have been able to afford a new printer with constant ink replacement cartridges. I'm so happy I got it! I have WORKED this thing, and it has held up nicely. I'm even doing paper crafts and oragami now!

    Bought two. One had broken parts, one ink tank leaked all over everything when being filled (component failure, not me being an idiot) Poor quality control.
