Love my Epson ET 4760 printer

The sale on my new Epson ET 4760 was accepting the used printers for a at time of purchase rebate. The staff was very accommodating and made the purchase very easy. I love my new Epson ET 4760. I will not go back to HP printers after buying the Epson. I will definitely do business again with Best Buy and will recommend them to my friends.

Tons of printing cheap

It is great, but I can't figure out how to do two sided scanning, even after reading the manual. Worse, the automatic document feeder needs "help"--I have to be there to help push the papers through, otherwise it misses. I have tried 24 and 28lb paper, different brands, with the same result. Other than that, it is great, inexpensive printing and no more going out to buy ink all the time.

Difficult to setup wireless connection

Once wireless connection was setup, Phones and tablets were able to print wirelessly immediately. No setup required. However, Surface would not recognize printer. After hours of trying to download drivers on Surface it was able to connect to printer. Wish Surface recognized printer instantly like phones and tablets. Otherwise printer works fine. Helps to have touch pen to enter WiFi password on LED screen.
