Great Printer that uses very little ink, wish I bought this one years ago

I don't usually give bad reviews but to be 100% honest this was a bad experience at best buy which is something I'm not really accustomed to. I walked into the store and was immediately asked if I needed any help. I said no and walked to the printers. I noticed that they had 30 or 40 display prints but only 3 I believe with available boxes underneath. I wanted to buy the cheapest Epson ink bottle printer or at least the second cheapest but they had none available except about 5 of the most expensive one which the only difference was a fax machine which I really didn't need or want. They told me they could order it but unless you live in the past who goes into a store to order something online. I can do that myself so I decided I'd cough up 500 bucks. I asked a lady at what appeared to be a checkout point for help but she didn't want to help me. She was busy with two different people neither of them bought anything. She told me I had to go to back to the front to ask for help. I did and twenty minutes later someone got the printer. In the same visit I had to return a 50 dollar phone case because I got one for the galaxy s21 instead of the s21+. Fyi they are definitely different. The only available case was a foldable wallet type case which I've never seen anything like it and it costed more than any other case. I asked the gentlemen working nearby if i could take it out of the case and he said kind of rudely they are sealed for a reason. It had the tiniest piece of plastic "sealing" it. And I asked him so I can buy it and if it doesnt fit or I don't like it I can bring this back as well? He just walked away like that was somehow a stupid question. I bought the case and I'm hindsight I love it and I think it's the coolest case I'd ever seen. If the guy had explained to me that it lights up with LEDs and is cool as hell or if he'd let me slide it out I would've definitely bought it. When I finally had my printer and phone case in hand I had to wait in a long line with one person that was taking returns and a cashier at the same time. Everyone in front of me had nothing to return or buy. I guess they all just had a question. I had my son in the car who was late for football practice because this became a way longer than expected trip. I had to buy a printer that was 170 bucks more than the one I wanted, it took forever and then I noticed on the box it said I needed a few things that nobody ever mentioned me needing. All in all it was kind a bad experience. Seems like they had serious staffing problems and maybe they are overworked which is why two people were rude and didn't prioritize someone that was ready to buy and in a rush but I was still patient and I am not someone to typically leave bad reviews but I feel kind of obligated to say this was a bad experience at a store I typically love.

Quality product. Is as stated. Happy with the product.

Granted, the specs for color printing says it does about 8 pages per minute & black printing it says it does about 15 pages per minute. However, I didn't really realize how slow that was until I printed a 10 page document that was almost all words, only a tiny bit of color, and it literally took over 4 minutes for it to print. AWFUL! I had high hopes, but there is no way something like this will work for me. It also feels really cheap for a printer at this price point. I have to say that I really don't understand what all of the hype is about these machines, unless the ones that are $800 or $1000 or more are drastically faster. This one was returned within a few days.
