  • Nightmare to install

    Printer seems to work ok. however the installation was a nightmare, what was sold to me as plug and play actually required a multifaceted loading of software off the net and a the same time programming the printer. Took me well over a hour to install and still doesn’t print without going to the printer section on my Apple computer each time I want to print. I would not recommend this printer unless you’re a geek or very computer literate. What I found most disturbing is I specifically asked the bestbuy salesperson if it was plug and play and he said it was. Not my idea of business integrity.
