Great for large tanks for the ink, should last awhile. Only drawback is the quality of the print is not very vibrant as far photo quality goes. But for black and white very good.

The paper kept getting jammed. Also it wasnt printing right and even though I had taken it to the store to get it checked out. Geek squad tried a head cleaning or something like that on the settings and still did the same thing. This model isnt coming out good. Dont buy do your research. Had a hard time getting my money back and didnt get it as a refund instead got into stire credit.

Problematic model or l just got a lame duck

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'd give it zero stars but I don't want to entirely discourage anyone off from the epson ecotank printer series but this specific model either has some issues or I just got a lame duck because it never worked properly from day 1. It constantly jammed especially when attempting to do double sided printing. I exchanged it for the slightly cheaper epson ET-3710 and I'm loving it. If you can go without the fax and top paper tray I'd recommend the 3710 instead.

The automatic document feeder broke soon after ownership, kept jamming and now makes clicking noise, won't feed but half way, too much hassle to send it in for repair as I need it every day for also printing. Prints fast but I would not purchase again, feels cheap, flimsy plastic parts, disappointed.

It’s an ok printer

Probably a Great Product...Just NOT for Us!!!

My business purchased this printer for 2 specific reasons: quick drying/non-smearing prints and to obtain a true teal color. After researching and comparing, we settled on this model and was completely disappointed. Although we had seen numerous videos and prints with the color teal, it still printed out the blue that we had gotten from other printers. Also, despite drying time as well as using spray glue, prints still smeared... even on paper designed for it to not. The printer also updated at least 3 times in the first 3 days, rendering the printer not usable for at least an hour or more... with no warning, it would just not allow printing until the update happened! Then, after the 2nd update and aligning of the ink, it printed lines through all prints would really made prints look horrible. Not only that, but the black was never really black...it didn’t print black enough to be read by the Cricut machine. I’m not certain what kind of printer we need and I know that this one may right well be great for somebody, however it did not work for us ... AT ALL!!!

Prints nicely, when it prints
