Worked with Geeksquad, internet provider and manufacturer to no avail. Finally returned it and bought another HP which was easy to set up and works beautifully. I wanted to take advantage of less expensive ink but didn’t work out. Guess it wasn’t compatible with my computer.

ADF has stopped working within 90 days of purchase. Elite BestBuy status gets you 45 day return. Worked perfectly for 83 days. Kind of expensive per day costs. Also, won't duplex scan when ADF is working. Makes it difficult to not have a separate scanner also. Not a fan.

Ink looks very faded

It is noisy and slower. The paper tray needs a slide to keep all paper in forward position. There are problems with connectivity with iPhone. Photo quality is no where near HP. If you want a printer that saves money on ink, then this is your printer.

Uses very little ink, but the auto feed tray to copy, fax, scan is junk. Paper always gets stuck. I spend an hour trying to get paper to feed through, always have to resend a fax several times. Also if you get ink clogs, there’s a way to power clean where u shut off the power and hold down the buttons. Found this tip on you tube.

What’s Not to Like?
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Once unpacked and ink loaded, which took me about 8 minutes, it took other 10 minutes for it to get ready for the configuration. Then it took about 7 minutes for it to align heads. After that, I had to go to the network configuration to check the IP address it got and go to its own web page from my computer (I could have used my phone) for further setup such as Google Cloud Print Services and AirPrint setup. It took 56 minutes for complete setup. I am not saying it was hard. It was very easy but it took too long and I was doing this as fast as I could. Fortunately, I needed to do this only once and it was the only complaint I had. Plain text quality was excellent and speed felt like a laser printer. Not the fastest but still very good at about 14 pages per minute in my sample tests. Color was mostly excellent although light blues looked slightly washed out in some samples but not in others so I am blaming on the graphics I was using. Photo quality was much better than I expected. No visible pixilation when using high resolution photos. It is loaded with features. As I mentioned before, it supports Airprint and Google Cloud print, which I use a lot. I can print from anywhere and it was very easy to set it up on iPad, iPhone, Amazon Echo show and my computers. Scanning couldn’t have been easier. Faxing worked flawlessly. The touch screen is somewhat small but it is still useful. Auto-duplexing in a single pass works well and fast. The only thing missing is support for flash memory. I have a Cannon DSLR and I had to use the flash reader on my computer to print just one single picture. Most people will probably not miss that but I did. Also, I wish it could hold 500 pages but 250 is already very good. Epson rates the EcoTank 4760 ink set included to print 14,000 for black and 11,200 pages for color, which is equivalent to 30 ink cartridge sets. If you take into consideration that an average ink cartridge costs $25, you are saving about $725 initially. Some people might find this printer expensive at first but soon will realize that it is better to pay more for the printer upfront and save their money on ink. Also, when you eventually run out of ink for this printer, a bottle will cost you a fraction of the price of other cartridges. It is always a win. Just print as much as you want without worrying about how much it will cost you to add more ink. I would recommend this printer for small offices and for those who print a lot because those users will realize how much they are saving in no time.

First the scanner does not work that well, its comes out fuzzy when you upload to the computer. It requires apps and add-ons to complete some functions. And its slow. Hopefully the ink features will outweigh the negatives.

Epson has several products that are substantial and work properly but this unit isn't one of them. I returned unit and purchased model WF-7710

Considering the amount of money spent on this Epson eco printer I expected an easy set up with compatible apps that work.So far no fax no scan and no Bluetooth printing disappointment.

However, the display screen is way too tiny for women with medium length nails or men with big hands. I had to use a stylus pen to navigate and customize my settings. It's hard to read the menu with the tiny screen. The design could be a lot better.
