    Great printer until it wont keep an IP..

    This printer was great! I have had it for over a year and it worked great until about 5 months ago. Not sure what is going on but the printer refuses to keep an IP and internet connection. I don't know what happens but I have to reset it and wipe my pc and then I can get it to work. Great printer if it works...

    Worst piece of crap printer I have ever owned it does nothing easy. I have tried over 30 times today to scan from the feeder. IT will not and there is no one to talk too and no answers anywhere. I am going to have to unhook this and re-install my old printer just to do a scan today for work. I hope who ever made this suffers the rest of his life.

    I am going to say right now that this is junk. I was hoping that I purchased a good printer, but it is cheaply made. The display is so small that I have to use a stylus pen to get it to work and I have small fingers. On setup I keep getting error messages: one saying that I need to install Epson Event Manager - which IS installed. Two: I tried to make a copy through the ADF and it states I have a paper jam. There had never been anything run through the printer. At this point I am sorry I went with Epson.

    Poor at wifi connection, waste paper and ink

    Hands down the worst printer I have owned. Two major issues, shortly after purchase 8/2020 the 4760 was no longer supported on windows 10, then no longer supported by google print. The biggest problem is the printers connection via wifi. No matter how close to the wifi, it alwasy says max bars, but fails to print. When this occurs, it spits out the paper half way and starts over. If you don't catch/cancel it, it just waste paper and ink. It also never worked over direct connect via wifi, so we always have to send it via email. Which is flakey at best. I would say 50% of what is attempted actually prints.

    Trash. Don't waste your money. It worked well for about two weeks and now it won't print anything without telling me "printer is out of paper" ....IT NEVER IS. Won't print from WIFI anymore. Absolute waste of $600 bucks and with Best Buys return policy I will buy from Amazon to get a new one.

    Decent, but slow and won't pick up paper in feeder

    Printing quality is good. Speed is ok. After two days, the autofeed paper tray stopped picking up the paper for scans. Reboots worked at first, but now it simply doesn't pick up the paper. I'll be returning this ASAP before my return period expries.

    The Epson printer I bought doesn't work. I spent 5 hours on the phone with the Geek Squad and he couldn't get the printer attached to my laptop. I will be bringing it back now that I am back from vacation.

    Poor printing

    I have had this printer for 5 months and it is awful. Half the time it wont print, when it does print it is slow. If we try to print anything in color, it has lines and is blotchy. Poor quality. We use the printer for our small home business, and my daughter uses it for her crafting projects. I do not recommend this.

    Returned - wish I could have given 0. No matter what type of paper I had loaded in the cartridge, I needed to indicate paper type on touch screen. Photo printing was awful. Document printing tended to be a bit blurry, but passable. I tried every setting combo available for printing and basically same results for all. Very disappointed in this one.
