The paper keeps jamming up and rips…I’m thinking about taking this back and getting something different. Also the printing quality is not very good.

Definitely not worth that big price tag on it. I use a lot of ink so I though this would be worth it. But the quality of the print is horrifying.

I hate to rate this machine as low quality because it really was doing great until the rollers stopped picking up the paper in the bottom trey. I will be returning this item tomorrow and if Epson stands by their product and correct this paper jamming issue caused by bad rollers I would then rate this machine at 100%. I just purchased this 30 days ago 11-25-2020 and the rollers are already bad.

I do a lot of printing, and I typically spend a small fortune on ink throughout the year. I have tried refilling cartridges in the past but besides making a huge mess during the refilling process, the pages printed with the refilled ink were never of the same quality as those which were printed from the original ink cartridge. I've had similar issues when purchasing off-brand replacement cartridges as well and had relegated myself to buying tons of ink cartridges at premium prices to meet my printing needs. When I first found out that Epson had created its EcoTank line of printers which have refillable ink tanks instead of cartridges, I knew I wanted one. The setup of the printer was incredibly fast, simple and straight forward. I wore rubber gloves to fill the ink tanks fully expecting ink to get all over my hands as it does just about every time I change the ink cartridges in my old printer but it proved unnecessary and surprisingly not one drop of ink was spilled thanks to the cleverly designed filling process that Epson has come up with for these printers. The bottles of ink come vacuum sealed and are uniquely keyed to only fit in the corresponding tank on the printer. I installed the drivers and printing software from Epson's website and then updated the printer's firmware before I started printing. First I printed several full-page color charts for a presentation that I was giving the next day. The print quality was excellent and the fast speed at which they printed was impressive. The printer is a bit loud when it's printing but not noticeably louder than either of the other printers we have in our home and it does have a quiet mode setting which reduces the noise it makes however it also slows down the print speed quite a bit so keep that in mind should you choose to enable this option. Next, I installed the Epson app on my phone and printed some coupons which printed quickly and were of equally good quality. Next, I decided to print a 5x7 photo of my Dad holding my new niece and although I seldom print pictures from home I was quite pleased with how great this print came out. We have both iPhone and Android users in our home and it is compatible with both. I have successfully printed from our computer, my Samsung smartphone, a Samsung Tab A, an iPad, and a Kindle fire without any issue. It also features a scanner/copier with an automatic document feeder and fax capabilities making it an excellent choice for small business owners. I no longer have to spend a small fortune on ink cartridges which will only end up in the landfill after they are empty, and that alone makes it a keeper as far as I am concerned but with its excellent print quality, fast print speed, and compatibility with both Android and IOS smart devices it is an excellent choice for almost anyone. This is a review for the Epson EcoTank ET-4760 All-In-One SuperTank Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.

This printer was complicated & time-consuming to set up & print quality was incredibly disappointing. Pages had streaks despite cleaning & aligning the print head multiple times. I bought this to replace an HP that died and I was curious to know how current Epson printers compared. No brainer to return. Got another HP and things have been fine.

Worked great for 1 year then stopped printing no matter how many times cleaned with full ink.

Has not worked properly. Color are not printing and picturw coming out with lines.

Epson needs to figure out how to keep their printer from clogging and streaking. I've wasted so much ink performing maintenance. Then the instructions on the printer said you have to wait like an entire 24 hours for the full cleaning to take affect! Epson printers simply clogs and streaks too much.

This is absolutely the worst printer I have ever owned. The printer loses its mind after each use, and we have to go through the setup completely for it to print. We have been through troubleshooting repeatedly and still have an issue. I have owned 2 other Epson printers before this and this will definitely be the last one ever.

Color is bad. Red is pink. Yellow us John Deere orange. Want to return. Does not copy double sided papers.

I absolutely hate this printer! I’ve had nothing but trouble with it from day one. If I don’t use it daily it prints with horizontal lines thru images Have to clean nozzle head constantly. Horrible quality for any printer much less for one that I paid over $500 for!

Seems like poor quality for the price. Not close to the quality of HP. I won't buy Epson printers again.

This printer is plagued with connection issues whether it being wired or wireless. Print jobs constantly; stop in the middle of the page and gives error messages, then it restarts the print job over sometimes even after canceling, automatic paper feeder jams often no matter the quality of paper used & babysitting of this printer is necessary when using any features of this printer.

Could not get fax to work even with Geek Squad support so returned printer!

I bought this printer in November 2019 and I am receiving the message unable to locate driver when I am trying to print a document. I contacted the Geek squad and they were unable to update the driver, even after going out to the Epson website. The printer also jams often, the print quality is not so great. So I am now going through the process of replacing the printer. NOT HAPPY!!!

Broke after a 2 months. Always had difficulty connecting to wifi. Feeder never worked and auto printing of front and back stopped working after about a month , the two main reasons I bought it. I haven't had good luck with Epson. 2nd Epson that I had to return. I would not recommend. Totally not worth the money!

I work from home and print multiple pages daily. I frequently ran out of ink and felt like I was spending too much on ink cartridges. And the replacement ink is also cheaper than the cartridges for other printers. The printer is small enough that it fits easily in my small workspace in my home. It is lightweight and runs quietly. The EcoTank ET-4760 All-in-One Cartridge-Free Supertank Printer has fax capabilities and wireless printing that I can print from my phone! The printer connects via wirelessly or you can use the USB feature and connect it directly. You can also scan to email and make hard copy documents pdfs. You have the option of scanning a document to your email or saving it directly onto your computer as a pdf file. This is a really nice feature for me as all of my work is done through emails. I couldn't be happier with this printer, it really does it all. If I had to say anything negative about the printer, it would be the upfront cost. It is a bit pricey but the moey you save in in k really does make up for it in the long run. a piece of junk after 4 days stoped working brought to geek squad they could not to get it repaired for printing it is a shame that a company wich such a big name in printing canot put out a dissent product very disappointed when I needed the most had to go to another brand

Worst printer I've ever bought, even compared to the $25 printers you buy on black friday. This printer was over $500 and never works. It takes forever to start printing, the paper jams every other print, the print quality is not sharp and images look washed out. The print head keeps clogging and I have stripes and smudges on my prints.
