Easy set up but the printer printed only lightly!~ I am returning it as I have followed all the procedures to get the printer to print - and it still failed.

The Epson ET-4760 is really amazing! I really love the design on this printer. the ADF feeder and return tray folding down nice and slickly for when not it use and allowing it to take up even less space is really cool! . The printer as a whole is very compact and slick, not taking up much room at all. Another really neat thing is that to comes with 2 years of ink for free in the box! no need to worry about ink for a very long time! and also much cheaper replacement for when you finally do! This printer is very easy to Set up and you'll be doing all of your printing, scanning, copying, and faxing in no time at all! Terrible. States that ink lasts for 1 year. All I did was connect it via wi fi and set it up. Used 1/2 the ink already. Have not used it as a printer yet. Awful.

I am extremely pleased with the wide variety of printing options offered by the ET-4760. It prints fast and scans fast. The setup took about 10 mintues to compete and finish and was easy. It walks you through everything on the touch screen. I love being able to scan my daughters drawings stright to my phone so I can send them to other people. I love the fact I can purchase a years worth of ink for 40.00! Looking forward to years of happy printing with this printer and saving money on INK! I like this printer a lot. No having to worry about cartridges is great! No mess, not having to shake it to get it to work. So much better to fill the tank and know exactly where you are with ink. Easy set up, decent size definitely need a medium sized desk. Quick response with printing and scanning. Better than other brands I have used.

My favorite thing about the Epson EcoTank Printer is how user friendly it is. The entire process of setting up this printer was so simple that I was able to do it with 2 children jumping around, begging for my attention in my home office with me. The ease of using the colorful touch screen (which is really a little Setup Wizard in itself) to connect to my Wi-Fi network, being able to see step-by-step instructions was awesome. It was great to not have to constantly refer back and forth to the paper manual and have the next steps pop up on the screen for me. It gave details on how to load paper, load the ink bottles and ensure that the printer is printing most accurately. If you made a mistake while setting up, it would give you a suggestion to move forward and try something different to fix it. The vibrancy of the ink is definitely excellent quality. Pictures look amazing and documents print great. Printing from a mobile device is very simple and straightforward. I definitely love that the ink bottles are very cost efficient, less waste, and can provide up to 2 years of printing. The only frustration to me personally was during the printer set up process. It took approximately 10 minutes (or it definitely seemed like it) and used about 5-7 pieces of paper to complete. It would print a page with several similar images and ask you to select the image that was incorrect, then print the next page, and next. Basically ensuring that the ink was printed accurately and correctly. The difference between the images shown were very difficult to see (I'm only 35) and I wonder if I was even selecting the correct images when answering. Kind of like being at the optometrist and they say 1, or 2 but you really don't see any difference at all. Although, I did really appreciate the accuracy and attention to detail the test seemed to encompass because the quality of the pages I have printed so far have been much better than my previous Epson Printer. This is definitely a minor thing to me, but just a bit frustrating. I definitely recommend this phenomenal Printer to anyone who has trouble setting up electronics, anyone who is a tech expert, anyone who likes being able to print high quality documents and images or anyone searching for a new printer. This Epson ET-4760 is truly in a class of its own. For starters, the design on this printer is really cool! Think about that - no need to worry about ink for a very long time! and also much cheaper replacement for when you finally do! Set up is very easy and within no time you'll be doing all of your printing, scanning, copying, and faxing from your newest coolest printer!

Set up wasn't easy then once set up the printer would lose communication with the network and have to be reset. Returned to store!

I have to say - I love the EcoTank printers. My brother got one a while back and was able to print GORGEOUS pictures with it. This one is even better than that due to the automatic document feeder. I've had this printer for about a week and I've mainly printed pictures with it with only one project involving normal paper. It's done really well, but some of the pictures have either come out too bright or too dark. Further testing is needed to determine if it is the system I am using (I used this printer to print with an iPad, iPhone, Samsung Galaxy s8+ & a Samsung Galaxy s10+), but my coworkers still said the pictures looked amazing when I brought them in to get opinions. What I liked best about this printer was the ease of use and set-up. The WiFi print worked better than another Epson printer I recently reviewed & all the pictures were really sharp. The project I used regular paper with was flawless & all items printed fairly quickly. I used the scanner to scan an original picture & it looks exactly like the original, just a tad bit lighter. What I didn't like was that with the Epson mobile app for both iPhone & android I wasn't able to have a whole lot of freedom or ease with printing pictures of different sizes on one page of paper - I would either have to print the same size as the paper or guess at the size by using the dragging tool and even when doing this, I couldn't add another picture and it would still print it in the middle of the page so I could not conserve my photo paper. Overall, this is the best printer I've ever had and I would definitely recommend it as the issues I have could be fixed with using different software. Pure garbage. Last about two months then refuses to connect to anything.

I received this amazing product a few days ago and I just can't seem to stop bragging about it to everyone in my family. The moment I got it I had to take it out and it was the easiest to set up let alone to use. Its wireless which makes it 10x's better. I was iffy about pouring the ink but it has a neat no spill feature. Its also space saving and that's a plus. I already can't wait to keep using it much more as a teacher. I’ve never used a printer with refillable tanks, so when my printer arrived I couldnt wait to open it. Included was the printer, ink, power cord and a brief, but to the point instruction sheet. Each bottle of ink comes individually vacuumed sealed and also has a screw on top. The bottles do not leak when turned upside down, and must be fitted into the proper ink tank to fill. Did I mention it stops filling once full so it truly is mess free, and there are cutouts on the front which allow you to monitor ink levels at all times. The printer loads up instantly to the setup screen and states it’ll take about 10minutes. In all, with the alignment tests it took about double, but you can skip the alignment if you’re not ready. The alignment test includes printing sheets, then you’ll review the sheet and select which is best based on the question. Once the printer was set up I decided to connect it to my wifi as we have multiple computers, tablets and phones we print from. Setup was simple since I used the wps option. My only complaint was the location of some options on the touch screen. It was easy to hit the wrong option. Now with the printer set up it was time to test it out. I printed some coupons and the print quality was not impressive, but they printed fairly fast. After checking the settings I saw it was not set to high quality, so I changed that. This time printing a coloring page from the computer and it looked great. I decided to make a spreadsheet, complete with a color coded graph to print from the tablet. The colors were vibrant, and I was happy with the results. I then took the graph sheet and made a copy. The copy looked just as good as the original in terms of quality. Setting up wireless scanning was fairly simple as well. I do not have a landline/fax, so I was unable to test that feature. All in all, as an online reseller and couponer I dont expect my ink to last 2yrs due to my heavy use, but I do expect it to last a significant amount of time over my previous printer. Printer does not operate as it should. most of the time it does not work.

The print quality is horrible. You can pay $50 for a printer that have better print quality.

This Epson printer replaces my dell laser all in one printer. I didn't realize how expensive laser cartridge's were Till I had to replace one. I've had this printer for almost a Year now and truly enjoyed all the features and the easy ways things can be done. The print quality is as good as my old laser printer, Plus this unit is a wireless version which makes it even better. My ink in my tank has gone down just a little from the full position, and I use this printer weekly. Big savings!! Plus, they give you two, that's TWO complete sets of ink bottles to fill the tank. I won't have to worry about ink for quite awhile. Thank you very much Epson for such a fine product!! Sincerely, Michael K.

I truly do not like this printer. I need to take it back. Big piece of junk!!!!!!!!

We’ve not used this printer often as it’s one of two we have (2nd to an HP 7855) though as purchased in 2020, with its ink showing “ok” though the black not printing, after purchasing new ink bottles, the blacks still not working/printing. This surfaced after printing a photo on glossy paper, which went fine; printing normal letterhead paper comes out red. The printers sat not used to the extent we’ve used the 7855. As the 7855 shows a “00829c98” error I looked up verifying its cartridge related, despite fault analysis efforts with both we’re w/o a working printer. Hopeful as a member of Best Buy support they’ll come through addressing one of these two, as both were purchased with their team as a 20+ year customer. As of now, given its limited use, while it did print the photo with great clarity/quality yet on moving to use it for regular printing, purchasing new ink as a measure to address a/the potential issue it’s not usable - I can’t recommend it given this.

This is my second Epson printer, the first is still doing a fine job in my business office. I needed to replace an aging Canon Printer for general color printing and some frequent document printing. The Canon did an ok job but over the last 2 years or so I have pretty much worn it out. The Epson EcoTank ET-4760 is my first ever "all in one". I can say that it took a little time to set up the wireless connection but after some help from my tech savvy son it now works flawlessly. And doesn't take a lot of space on my desk. The printer itself is fantastic. I love the speed (MUCH faster at everything than my old Canon), I love the sheer solidness of the printer's build, I love the way it handles color photo printing, with very pleasing tones and a printing interface that gives me plenty of editing capability. The paper tray holds up to 250 sheets of paper, so much less time wasted loading more paper. Especially if I’m printing documents all day. The color touchscreen means I can control the printing or send a fax without having to be at my PC. And it’s wireless so I can print from my phone. And the most fun I’ve had printing is asking Alexa to do it for me. Yes, it even works with Alexa! No printer cartridges means I don’t have to spend a ridiculous amount of money buying cartridges. And the "2 years' worth of ink" included, sealed the deal for me and was the best way to go. Would not buy again ,to much trouble connecting with Internet

Because I love the ink tank concept, it saddens me to have to downgrade this device for a feature that does not work reliably on my ET-4760. The scanner's document feeder is extremely unreliable, producing jams at least 50% of the time. Because my records keeping is entirely digital, this problem makes the 4760 unacceptable for my use. A smaller problem is that you have to deal with the LCD touch display to make a simple copy. A devoted pushbutton would have been a useful design feature.
