This printer is amazing! It works well, sets up easily, and is also easy to use. Many other printers I've purchased elsewhere were so complicated that I never used them at all. This one is a great product!

Excited to use this for homeschool printing. I have not had to print in bulk yet but I know others report the ink lasts forever which is my primary need. The print quality on pictures/images is not as good as my hold HP printer but that thing was horrible for bulk printing as it used up ink so fast. That is the reason for the 4 stars but I knew this going in.

It's an exceptionally good printer. The prints are nice, the colors are great and the best part of it all, the ink is less expensive. You pay upfront for a quality printer that saves you on ink cost. Best of all I got it on sale and I was able to trade my old Epson in.

Purchased this printer to replace my HP. Excellent quality which I think is better than HP. I’m glad I made the switch! With the ink tanks I don’t have to worry about replacing expensive cartridges. I highly recommend this printer!

I purchased this printer, brought it home and went through the setup. When the setup was complete I went to test the print quality and it took 45 minutes for it to complete a 4x6 photo. Further troubleshooting I found that the network card dropping packets. I brought it back to Best buy and they swapped it out with a different one, no questions asked. Went throught the setup on the second printer and everything works as expected. Setup is easy and the print quality is pretty impressive. When researching the issue with the first printer, I found that some others have experienced the packet loss as well. Hopefully this helps anyone whom is experiencing the same issue.

The product works great! It is as straight forward as advertised. The ink tanks are easy to fill and lasting. The print quality is high. The software (drivers) are easy to understand and work correctly. I am really enjoying the product!

An Epson EcoTank 4800 had served my Wife's printing needs for over 3 years. She printed thousands of B&W pages for her writing duties, She didn't use Color very often and I used all the online advice and replacement parts to restore proper Color prints. I finally decided to get the newer ET-4850. So far we are very satisfied.

The Epson ET 4850 that I purchased at my local Best Buy is an awesome step up from my many ink cartridge printers of the past. Great print quality! However, atleast a medium grade printer paper really is needed to get the full benefit of a 'ink tank' printer. Otherwise you can see some noticeable ink bleed in the printout if you use like a 20 Weight paper. Use 50 Weight standard print paper and you'll be amazed. Photos using glossy print paper will yield great photo reproductions. There truly is a difference here. And the speed of pages printed is a huge improvement!

After reading the reviews I decided to purchase the printer. I agree with most of the reviews on here. The LCD screen is small and wish it were bigger. The upfront cost is expensive but hope the low cost of the ink will make up for that. Those two are my negatives. This printer replaced an HP OfficeJet 8600 Series printer. Toner on the HP was $100 and the ink dried in the cartridge if it wasn't being used for a few days. I like the size of the printer. It's smaller than the HP that I had. Prints faster than my old HP but not as fast as the monochrome B&W Samsung laser printer. Set up was easy and had no issues updating the firmware or software. No issues with printing and scanning. Read the other reviews and there is a consensus about this printer. I'm glad I purchased this inkjet over the color laser (Cannon MF743Cdw) that I went to purchase.

Amazingly simple to set up. I love the ease of filling in the tanks. It is also one of the easiest wifi set ups. Amazingly easy to use and compact enough to fit just about anywhere

The Best Printer I have ever owned, and it is also the smallest, quietest, and fastest. Epson is a titan in the Printer game.

Great product ! Would recommend to family and friends with business or no business. Also great for kids homework projects etc. Space saver, Great colored pictures.

Had to replace my printer that crashed. This one was easy to set up and fill with the ink. The old Hp I had was expensive to get new cartridges for and ran out fast. I was skeptical of the Epson but I filled the ink wells and it stopped automatically when it was full. Prints 2 sided copies. Am happy with the quality. Color is just a bit lighter but I haven’t adjusted it at all. I did some photos and they turned out ok. I had a bit of jamming with the photos, maybe due to paper not quite flat. So far i have printed a lot and the ink levels haven’t moved down much. Nice to have ink levels showing on front of printer so you know if it gets low. I scanned pages with the sheet feeder and that was a breeze. I haven’t gotten the printer to work with my phone yet so I will have to research that. I am happy so far! I had to pay a bit more and get a different model as most printers were sold out.

This printer is essentially perfect excepting the price. Is it worth it? Absolutely. Setup was SO simple compared to other printers I have had. It is so seamless and easy I couldn't believe it. I was used to having to type my wifi info on a tiny screen one click at a time on my old printer. The best setup process I have had. Printing and scanning are both fast and of excellent quality. The large paper tray and upper feeder is awesome to have. As other's have said, the paper catcher feels a tad less durable than I'd like but I'll just be extra careful with it and not use it for a step stool.

I was replacing a color HP laser printer and was cautious when looking for a new printer. My cartridge costs were horrible and most print jobs were documents. After researching online reviews, i went with this Epson, largely based on ink refills were way more affordable. I am very impressed with the Epson. It is quieter than the HP, the ink levels are way better AND the print quality for documents is awesome, whilst color pics are not too bad. This printer also has a much smaller footprint and weighs significantly less. Setup was easy and connectivity to wiFi is seemless.

looks like the ink costs should be significantly less than my HP printer. Print quality seems good and the smaller footprint is a plus.

Tanks easy to fill. Phone app makes set up easier. Black and white and color printing is pretty sharp but not outstanding. The auto doc feeder has some bad reviews but has worked for me so far. Design doesn’t look very rugged. Too soon to tell.

Works Great. There's a lot of ink in those bottles. Pages are sharp. Works from my phone and iPad. I had to connect with a Ethernet cable to set up but after that it works wirelessly. Print speeds are a little slow if using double sided printing but overall, not bad. The scanner and document feeder produces accurate scans and feed s the pages thru without any problems. I would have liked the screen on the front to be a little larger. as it is quite small. Overall I am pleased with this purchase and expect the savings in the cost of the ink to pay for the printer in the long run.

Ingenuity! About time! No more cartridges. Cost more but in the long run saving thousands. Hooked right up to phone and computer worhout amy glitches. Prints excellent!
