We aren't putting this one through the heavy usage we usually put our printers through - it's our eldest child's first printer for his school work. Set up entirely by a 12 year old (with supervision if he had questions, he didn't). He's been the only one to use it and has managed all aspects of it without any issues.

Best printer. Bought this because of its refillable ink. We print a lot in my house... this printer not only performs excellant the ink (black ink especially) last extremely long time. A definite buy of you are looking for a cost effective high quality printer

I’ve been using this printer for over a year now. It prints very fast, and most importantly, it’s extremely quiet and very ink-efficient. I’ve always liked Epson, and I highly recommend this model to everyone.

Great printer, very easy to set up the wifi. Loading the ink is easy as well. Printer is fast and quality of print is excellent. I have another epson printer for more than 10 years and it is still working with no problems.

Great printer. Very easy setup with their app. Got it up and loaded on three laptops one being a Mac in no time.

This is a decent printer, especially with the large cartridges, and I had it a couple of months, and the ink is still full even though I print pretty often. The only issue I see with the printer is that it takes a unique USB, so instead of using the cloud, I would prefer to use a flash drive because it is quick and straightforward. At first, when I looked at the printer, I felt it would be cheap and breakable; what a surprise it works well.

Easy setup. Easy operation. I’ve long been a fan of the brand and level of ink it’s able to hold. Just bought this one to replace a very old model #2850 that’s still running strong. This model #4850 allows document feed for copy/scan vs one page at a time processing.

Prints great and setup was very easy. I really like the tank feature and no more cartridges!

Incredibly easy set up and connect to my home WiFi. We are a house divided (she uses a PC and I use a Mac). Works seamlessly with both Windows and IOS. I’ve read reviews about the ET-4850 being slow and noisy but for home offices - This printer is a slam dunk - yes, that was a nod to Shaq.
