This is a good printer but can be a bit difficult to set up and connect. Does print beautifully and I have saved a ton on toner.

I have had HP and Canon color inkjet printers. HP's ink cost way too much. I tried using 3rd party ink and it clogged up and killed the printer. The Epson 4850 prints really nicely but is slow on the first page. I have only had it a month but it looks like the ink cost is reasonable.

It works when needed to finish a project. Never fails and easy to use. J Kudos to BBuy total tech support who helped set up the printer.

Very nice printer. Setup went well on my home network and it is being used with both Windows and Mac computers. While I had almost given up on Epson because of the ink cost, this Supertanker concept seems to be much more economical. If the ink does last as they advertise and the prices stay close to what they are now, this will be a very worthwhile purchase.

For an all in one (including fax) it’s a good price. I didn’t like how it goes through 1/4 of the ink when it’s starting up. It does print a bit slow and the connection to the device I’m printing from sometimes lags but it a good double sided, all in one printer. It mentions an app but I have yet to get the app to work.

This is my second Epson. Filling the ink tanks is a snap with no mess. It works beautifully for printing, copying, and scanning. It also has a fax set-up, which I haven't used since I already have a fax machine. I also love the amount of ink iget in the bottles. Not refilling for months is awesome.

This is my 3rd Epson ink jet computer and by far better than the previous 2 versions. Love the touchscreen and the larger tray for paper. Faster for printing too.

Had it for a year and love it! Comes with enough ink for a long time (a year for B&W and 2 for color). Great support, quiet mode and can send faxes to computer so you only have to print the ones you want and no waste paper on junk fax. Highly recommended.

Bought this printer because it said the ink would last 2 years and they wasn’t lying very good printer

Excellent print and scan quality. Not too big. Plenty of ink!

It's been great for 8 months. We use it a lot and the ink really last and the color is great - very vibrant. However the paper feed is very, very touchy so waste a lot of time re-feeding paper through. I'm printing vinyl sticker paper so it's not that heavy.

Reliable so far! Super easy setup. Need to use an app, but that make it really easy for us. I do like that ecotank and hope that we can get larger refill bottles than what came in the box. This seems like a great investment and replaces a series of printers that were hard to use and constantly broke

"I love this new Epson EcoTank ET-4850 printer. It impresses me with its fast printing capabilities, allowing me to quickly print out my documents. The scanner on this machine is also exceptional, scanning my papers with impressive speed. It's worth mentioning that my previous printer was an outdated HP model, so the upgrade is definitely noticeable. The only minor challenge I've encountered is figuring out how to print a double-sided copy with both sides facing the same direction. Currently, I print one side first, then manually reinsert the printed paper to print the other side. While it requires an extra step, I don't mind it as it helps maintain the organization I prefer due to my OCD tendencies. Overall, the Epson EcoTank ET-4850 is a fantastic printer that I would gladly purchase again, considering its excellent performance and the convenience of the EcoTank ink system."

The connectivity was seamless. It very easy to use and the step by step directions were great.

I am really impressed of the ease of use and quality of prints from this Epson printer. I am loving the fact that it has ink bottles and no ink cartridges to replace every few months. Fantastic printer...

Great printer that does quality work. Have purchased 2 of them and both are working great.

Love the Epson EcoTank printers. Unbelievable amount of ink comes with the printer and you no longer need to worry about running out of ink from cartridges. I also a big fan of being able to see ink tank levels from the front. Not to mention it prints great.

We loved this printer so much that we have two of them, one older version and this version. This version seems to experience not as many paper jams as the other, but it wasn't frequent for the other version either. The ink is inexpensive and it's very little mess to change or add ink.
