Took some time to setup.

It takes about 11 minutes just to initiate the ink tanks.

The printer that this is replacing was damaged and had 4 almost new cartridges worth almost $100 still in it.

I reviewed for hours and for my craft an small business needs this made the most sense. The ink refill is sustainable and easy on the wallet

It will also freeze or not print some items that you send to it. I have issues with the adf scanning and printing, the papers will get stuck on page 1 and I will have to go one by one in the scanner instead.

After the initial setup - which uses about 1/4 of the ink - the usage is very efficient.

Printing is slow, but I can deal with that. I really needed the two sided scanning function, but it’s too late to return so I’ll Just have to deal with it.

Our previous printer, we went through ink once a month. We've had this printer for about 4 months I believe and the ink hasn't even moved when I filled it up.

Compared to a Lexmark we had this printer is far more economical to operate and use. Love the automatic internet updating

The replacement has worked well for us so far with no problems!
