Easy printing plain papers. Thick paper like cards is not easy printing.

So far so good in a small office environment. It would be nice to have a secondary paper infeed for one-off prints on different paper. Otherwise the large ink tanks seem to be a great value. About 350 pages printed so far and the ink levels have barely moved.

Printer drops connection after couple of hours. Then, requires restart of printer to establish connection for remote operation of tablet and laptop. Very annoying but printer in general is good!

Love the ink. Looks like it will last much, much longer than HP cartridges. Can't get the ADF to work. Syas there is a paper jam but there is no paper in it. No bueno.

I purchased this to make sublimation cups and tshirts. It works perfectly with my designs. However you must buy sublimation ink and paper. Do not put the ink in it that comes with it.

So far I’m happy with this printer. After having an HP Printer and being locked out of it by HP for using other cartridges than HP Cartridges. Talk about a monopoly and just being purely money hungry, this eco tank printer is just what I needed!!!!!!

I’ve used Best Buy products for years and have never been disappointed with anything I have purchased and they stand behind their products!

The ink came in as ordered and on the date it was scheduled too. The ink bottles transferred to the printer perfectly and the ink color came out very well on the printed papere

Printer is slow and the color is dull. This would be fine for a home printer however not great for a small business.

Have really enjoyed using the ET-4850 printer. I especially like the speed of printing and that it prints on both sides. I have only had this printer for a month & know I will find more uses in future.

Really not pleased with this unit. I loved the idea of these printers, but in practice I wouldn't recommend them. The printheads dryout all the time, especially if you don't regularly use them. We are constantly running the printhead clean mode. Our unit was initially replaced under warranty. The unit stopped feeding sheets for faxing. So, we bought another one. Well, within just a few months this unit is now not faxing. Epson is supposedly replacing the unit under warranty again. However, speaking to the customer service is an exercise in pain (none of them are paid to think....just go through their worthless testing algorithm....they seriously ask you if you have the unit plugged in). They said we would receive the replacement unit within 5-7 days. Well, 7 business days later and their incompetent team hadn't even sent the unit out. Please, save yourself the hassle and buy another printer...

Potential looks very good. Really like the inking ability as I was very tired of purchasing new cartridges every couple of months. Not due to volume of pages printed but other problems.

Prints nicely although not terribly fast. The touch panel is very small characters and the touch is not very good. I would buy this again but I am not wild about it.

My Epson - Eco Tank ET-4850 All-in-One Inkjet Cartridge-Free Super tank Printer - White work well. I'M able to print from my phone. Fast printing pre page. I happened to have purchased this printer.

Great Printer, Have not tried printing photo yet but will soon. Only thing I did not like was that you only have the option to print to your computer and not directly to a usb drive.

This was my first purchase of a "tank" system and I have to admit a bit of concern for making a mess (I remember the mimeographs of the 60s.) But great news! It's clean works fantastic, easy to see the ink levels from across the room.

I've only had this printer for a month, but it works great. I love the 250 page paper holder since its so much more time efficient than constantly replacing the paper in my previous printer that only held 50 pages.

Bought this unit to replace an aging Multi Function. Have only had it a month but like the tank ink feature. My wife makes her own greeting cards and likes how those print.

This is new to me but the printing and scanning I have used this for have been outstanding. The machine is quiet and efficient (automatically prints 2 sided copies) and I love the "no cartridge" ink supply. Great purchase
