LOVE IT!! A little difficult to set it, but I attribute it to my age!

This is an awesome printer. I print a lot for work and the ink is still full. Only had it a month but love it!!

I bought an ET-4850 in July. True to the low reviews, the ADF jammed 99% of the time. I just received a replacement yesterday under warranty and it does the same thing. OBTW, customer service was a bear to navigate. First tier help is useless; put on hold after every question to "ask a supervisor." After some analysis, observation and trial & error, I concluded the ADF works fine with thick, rigid (24 lb or greater) paper, but not the most common 20 lb OR LESS like many companies are now using in their mailings. I looked at the design and attribute it to two problems: (1) the precise width of the black paper chute at the top of the ADF is exactly 8-9/16" wide...the same ACTUAL size of "8-1/2 inch" paper. So when the ADF tries to drag it through this gauntlet, 20 lb paper buckles, twists and ultimately jams. (2) Contributing to allowing the twisting is that where the feeder starts to curl the page around 180 degrees, there are only two guide stays on the outer edges and NONE IN THE MIDDLE. It is this initial buckling of the thin paper in the middle that starts the twisting and jamming. So I paid for a MFP with an ADF and don't have one usable with most paper. Additionally, the scan software does not do automatic front/back resequencing after a manual flip like the HP scan software does. And OBTW, the red also does print very dull/washed-out as stated in many reviews; can't tell you why.

Printer is working perfectly. The ink tank feature is the best feature of this product. For heavy usage, it works out more efficiently than cartridges.

I have successfully connected to this printer wirelessly just a handful of times, using two different laptops and an android phone. Print quality is fine, but who cares if you cant connect to it? Having a tank full of ink is useless if you cant use it. No way would i buy this again

Haven't used it much yet. So far so good. Need to see how it holds up to get to 5 stars.

I thought the instructions were easy to follow and not as time consuming as I feared.

Printer really reliable and easy to install and user

The item was late due to weather problems but arrived in excellent condition. The instructions were easy to follow and I'm happy with the printer.

The Espson Eco-Tank 4850 All-in-One inkjet printer is okay but slower than the HP printer I had before. I like the idea of bottled ink that you can pour into the printer's four ink reservoirs. It is more economical than the inkjet cartridges I had to buy for my HP printer.

Good printer but had trouble connecting the wireless mode to my other devices. Ink supply is a big plus.

The Epson EcoTank printer is one of the best, because we don’t have to worry about running out of ink.

Best buy service is the best no issues and the epsom printer is awesome no issues

It works great and does everything I need it to. The ink is really simple to put in and lasts a really long time. Couldn't ask for a better printer.
