Difficult setting up to work consistently with Apple laptop. Phone works fine

I Brought Epson ET-4850 last week, this was my first time this happen on a Epson printer, it came looking like used/refurbish, color of panel has mix color with white & tin yellow, there is a finger print on the printer screen, screen didn't have the usual clear flip on it, the Customer service at Best Buy give me a odd looked, not very professional, then input "customer didn't give info on why it got return/exchange on this monitor all I want is an exchange cause been using Epson brand for a very long time and was trust this brand too am thinking maybe QC went down hill or what ? hope they will do something about this QC issue and won't let this happen to other customer.

2nd printer/scanner I bought at Best Buy within the month, Would not communicate with my MAC/MONTEREY IO SYSTEM, Someone at BB said that Epson would connect on a one to one basis so left the 2nd Epson printer with the Geek Squad...they kept it for a couple of days and said it was ready to go...They "hardwired" (which was what I'd been told by BB. WHEN it arrived home, no special cable came with it. Will not connect to Epson. I now have to wait for in-HOME SERVICE TO COME OUT BY NEXT MONTH. THIS IS VERY FRUSTRATING.

This thing prints quickly and quietly, the color is sharp and this product is so effective for my business!

It’s too noisy when printing, For the cost l did not hesitate to purchase. Wish I did my due diligence and look at the reviews before I purchased.

Slow printing. Colors are not very vibrant. Should have spent the money on a better printer.

copies come out great but the scanner does not put out such good copies when you email them. expensive as well but i had no choice, they had no stock! Good thing is the ink is super cheap!

I’m sure it is an amazing printer for other uses but definitely not for my small business it slowed me down

Paper jammed almost every time. Plus the blank paper did not set in the tray properly. Easy set up was only plus I would give this.

Unable to see print quality and nobody there knew anything about the printers displayed.

Jams the paper all the time when doing top scan.the mechanism is too weak to pull the palate even one page. Otherwise great colors and great printing:but I had to return it since the device is unable to pull the top paper.

I feel it’s the best printer I’ve ever owned honestly. I only wish they weren’t so expensive

Only used a few times so far. The screen is way too small. My old Epson had a screen twice as large Rated 1 for the screen Rated 4 for the printer it self so far

Nice size ,easy set up, great print quality and adequate speed for my at home use.

It was very easy to set up and I enjoy it. Epson has always been my favorite.

Good savings on ink. Prints very slow, even more so in quiet mode, the scanner often gets jammed.

Great printer. Ink lasts a long time. Great value. Would h8ghky recommend.

Not Worth the Money! Slow Slow Slow! Scanning always says there a problem!! Even when working correctly!! Ive had better printer/scanners…Very Disappointed
