    The Epson ET 8500 prints photos very well- good resolution and color matching. I like the printing speed and flexibility to be able to use many paper sizes.

    Poor Customer Service.

    Printer is great. Customer Service is awful. Tried calling many times for price match. I paid $750.00 for printer. Two days later online for $150.00 less. When I finally reached a rep said i was two days out for price match. I will no longer buy from Best Buy. You have lost this customer.

    $500+ junk. Would return if I could.

    $500+ piece of junk. Would have returned but Best Buy has a ridiculous 14 day return policy. Isn’t as reliable as my old Brother printer at 4x the cost. Epson support is useless. Print quality is not noticeable difference compared to less expensive printers.
