This projector is a beast. It's bigger than I expected it to be, but much lighter than it looks. That's fine, since it's really meant to sit in one place and stay there - it's out of the way and becomes part of the furniture. But when you turn it on....brilliance! The clarity, the color, the size... The BRIGHTNESS! Coming from a number of basic, lower-cost projectors, I was pretty happy with them. But I never realized what was possible until I got this LS300 unit. Being an "ultra-short throw" projector, it sits VERY close to the screen; and it's fantastic in both light and dark environments. A word of warning: Get a good screen to use with this projector. While it's capable of projecting onto a plain wall, I think the laser "understands" the contour and can create distortions on surfaces that aren't perfectly flat. On one wall, the projection had a wavy display that I couldn't correct, whereas a portable screen was fine except for the corners that weren't flat. If you have a perfectly flat screen, you should be fine. And about that correction...it's simple enough to fix distortions and alignments, although it's best to set the frame as perfectly as possible before making adjustments. My only real complaint is that there is no auto-correction (keystoning), although this may make sense if the projector is meant to be setup once and left alone. Fixing any distortion is manual, but there isn't an option to reset the modifications. I can put the four corners back, but the top, bottom and side adjustment points aren't clear where their origins are. Outside of that small thing, I'm seriously blown away by this projector and by how great the videos and images are! The LS300 uses Android TV, which means you have access to a huge selection of applications and even games, including some of the bigger subscription video services. Content can also be streamed to it via its built-in Chromecast. Or you can go the traditional route and plug something into one if its HDMI inputs. All of these functions worked as well as expected. Oh, and before I forget...the SOUND! The projector essentially has a very good sound bar built into it. Audio is strong and has good bass. You can even use it as a bluetooth speaker. Essentially the LS300 is a high quality, self-contained entertainment unit. A+

I didn't believe it when I read it but it works so well! Just put it right next to your wall and you will then enjoy 120 inches of quality TV!

This device is fantastic. It is so smart that the installation/setup is a matter of minutes and you really don’t need much instruction. You power it on and follow the included quick setup guide and in a few minutes you are projecting TV shows. You can connect to your Google ID. It will allow you to install apps even during the setup and I used FUBO to stream content crystal clear via my WiFi. The engineers had to be super smart. The controls are simple and that includes physical positioning and adjustments for keystone effect etc. The unit is not tiny, but it is easily portable. It has just the right heft so the sound system in it is superb without vibrations or noise – just like a good theater. My first reaction was that this is the direction of TV in the near future. A small portable projector that is just inches from a wall, somehow magically via Laser technology projects a beautiful image even on orange-peel sheetrock. Amazing. I had the projector about 9 inches from the wall and it put up a picture diagonal of about 98 inches – wow. The device can focus up to a 120 inch diagonal. The audio is superb via two high-end Yamaha drivers and a dedicated woofer. The sound was better than any soundbar I have ever used. You do also have 2 HDMI ports and can output the sound via Bluetooth or optical audio out. The remote includes a microphone so you can tell the device what you want it to do. Chromecast is also built in. I do intend to invest in a nice 105 inch projection screen. A nice feature of course is you can adjust this picture size as needed for your room. I do highly recommend this phenomenal technology in a high quality device, that was so fun to set up and a blast to use. Wonderful.

Let me begin by saying that this laser UST projector with Android TV is like having a 100+" TV in your home. The projection is crisp and very clear, just like my 4K 55" smart TV. This baby was so simple to setup. Just turn it on and pair it with the remote. Then I paired it with my Android phone which was also very easy. It copied all of my apps and only applied the one that I chose to add. The Android TV is my favorite, which gives this projector the awe factor. This projector has everything that you need right in the box. Remote, Projector, and power cable. Everything else was done wirelessly. I may never buy another smart TV as long as I have this projector! But please keep in mind that it is very large 18" x 15" x 4". Highly recommend!

Don’t buy this projector. I bought it two years later the HDMI went out then the internal fan went out. I went to replace it. They did a referral on the project and a part. Then they turn around again. The same part went out and then they should’ve bought the extended warranty. I bought the extended warranty then they say oh yeah you both external warranty a lot of too late so they want me to pay out of my pocket to get it fixed.

I do not suggest to any one to buy none 4K item. It is amazingkt invisible on day time.

Drove out for 40 minutes to do same day pickup. Brought it home, set it up, turned it on, and it flashed the epson logo for a few seconds before turning off right away. I gave it a few more tries, and I was able to get the remote paired but it immediately turned off again, and the unit remained this way afterwards. I checked Epson's website to see if there were any troubleshooting guides. All it said was to contact their support if this happened. I will be returning this unit right away and staying away from Epson's projector.

NO NETFLIX -- this might be a joke played on the poor purchasers but in such advanced digital age Epson could not integrate Netflix app on it's AndroidTV. It's such a shame that after paying so much for the projector I've to pay even more for getting proper streaming channels on it.

problem after problem, failures in HDMI, and after 5 months it stopped working, very bad experience
