It is very slow and the printing of documents is puzzling. There are two possible print formats and if the one initially shown does not print, then you must press Ctrl-Shift-P to bring up the other format. The black XL cartridge costs $10 more ($40) than the black XL for my previous printer and is supposed to produce the same yield (up to 500 pages) but I am experiencing nothing close to that. I will be looking for a different printer. Can't afford this one.

One key is that it was very easy to set up. I use it with my ipad.I use it just for casual use and am still on the starter cartridges that came with the printer.

One paper loading mishap but all in all it's doing a lot better than the one I wanted to return to Office Max. The internet said 30 days. Unfortunately the back of my receipt said 14 days.

So Best Buy Guy ordered it online for me. It took about 10 mins. because I had to change address. Received it a couple of days later in great condition

Kind of has awkward placement of the cable ports on the back, but is solid otherwise. DOES NOT come with a USB cable in the box due to marketing focusing on the network Wifi capabilities.

It's been flawless. Cartridge changes are easy. I'm using a USB connection and have been quite satisfied with printer performance.

After many attempts finally connected, but the steps you have to go thru to do so is too much. I dont want to have to go through the steps each time I want to print something.
