It came with a CD which upon loading directed me to updated drivers obtained on the internet. The printer is easy to use and produces excellent color photos.

We however have found we really like this one.

This thing ran out of ALL INK COLORS after I had to run about a dozen sprayer cleaning cycles but couldn’t get it to print the tiny color lines cleanly even once before it ran out of ink. The test page is a couple of very small boxes with very thin lines. One in black ink and another in the 3 colors. If the lines are not solid, you run a cleaning cycle. Never got clean solid lines on the color box. Considering the size of the lines, there’s no way I used more than a couple drops of color ink in all these tests combined. I don’t know if the lines never printed properly because there wasn’t enough ink, or if the printer was defective, but either way, if it’s gonna run out of ink before I can get a clean test print, I’ll return it before buying more ink.

The screen shows a printer error 034004, there is no paper jam. Power button blinks and screen says the same thing. Piece of junk.

But the features that you can send prints even your away is pretty good one but you just need to pay high price for inks.
