    Bought this a few months ago and only used it a handful of times. The screen shows a printer error 034004, there is no paper jam. Power button blinks and screen says the same thing. Piece of junk.

    I like Epson printers but not the ridiculous cost of the ink. Also, they stop you from using generic ink cartridges from other ink companies. This printer was on sale for $49.99 which is less than the cost of replacing the four cartridges.

Other brands of ink cartridges, and ink supplies, are not compatible, and even if described as compatible, may not function properly or at all . Please ensure you have installed Epson genuine cartridges.     Wish I could scan if I don’t have ink

    I didn’t have paper when I bought the printer and when I turned it back on it wouldn’t let me do anything unless I bought new ink ... never let me use the initial ink it came with ... had to wait I few days before I could get my ink order in to use it when all I needed to do was scan an item !

    Set up is so easy i set my printer up to my Acer Chromebook311 directly by using A USB 2.0 A to B Cable instead of the Wi-Fi This Epson Printer is very compatible with my Chromebook.

    I so wanted to like this printer, but everything I've printed is muted, not the vibrancy I expected. I even bought new inks to see if that helped but it didn't. It's good for printing documents, but I bought this for photos.

    Purchased so I could run home and print some documents because my printer died. Spent over 20 minutes setting it up, getting it connected to my network. Couldn't print because my magenta cartridge was "an initialization" cartridge. NEVER heard of such a thing. So, I could order cartridges from Best Buy or Amazon but could not get them for several days. So, I packed it up, returned it and bought an HP Envy 5055. Had it set up and connected in less than 10 minutes and it printed for me. So disappointed because I have been an Epson fan for over 30 years.

    Bought this from a sale. I thought this would be something durable after a year but I’m disappointed after it had me trying everything to troubleshoot so I can scan my documents on its scanner. I ended up going to fedex just to get my documents scanned.

    Bluetooth works great! And the ink is good too. Only thing I don’t like is that I have to have all 4 ink cartridges in and with ink to be able to print. I only use black n white so this is not too bad.
