Had some issues with lines at first but figured it out with the help of Google. 3 star b/c you have to buy Epson ink otherwise the printer doesn't recognize it...even if the ink says it compatible with the specific printer it won't work

I only gave it 3 stars because it’s wireless printing. It says all in one I cannot fax at all and that’s the only reason I purchased the printer, I tried to do a return and I was told it’s too late to return.

I did not have to join ANY services before using. Just plug in, connect to wifi, and print. Works well with iPhone, and Samsung!

Wouldn’t Connect to my Wi-Fi & Ended up returning it . The printer is cheaply made and was hoping it would of been more higher Quality made like hp vs being Flimsy .

This printer does the job and is very inexpensive. One of my biggest and only complaints is how fast it goes through color ink even though 98% of the time I print black/white and have my computer set up to do black only.

I love how easy set up was. Also, really love that it can print 2-sided pages. Great price and wonderful printer for my needs.

Great compact size printer great price, but the color quality is not the best. I will try the recommended Epson bright white printer paper hopefully the color quality will improve. The first few times I used the paper jammed bad in the printer.

Brought it for less than a month. Printed less than 30 pages kids learning materiel in total(in both black&white and color). It showed the black ink is more than half down already...

Was looking for an inexpensive all in one and this one was perfect. Made even better by a great price at Best Buy.

Great little printer. Does everything I need it to. Even prints in duplex. Pretty neat at this price point.

I have have had many printers over the years by most of the major brands. I decided to give Epson a try because they made the most compact version in an all-in-one XP-4100. Not only did it choke on setting up & connecting to Wi-fi on both my Windows and Mac, it has other problems: Keeps telling me there is a firmware update but fails on the install every time. It also has the worse panel GUI interface of any I have tried. Now the icing on the cake, - it will not allow me to print in black or gray scale only while I wait for Epson to take their sweet time getting me the replacement color cartridges I purchased on their site 2 weeks ago. Save the hassle, - Buy a printer by almost any other Mfg. Or, - you could take your money and use it to light a bon-fire big enough to melt your Epson printer into a puddle of goo. At least you would be getting something satisfying for your money. - No joke.

I bought this printer in the 24th of April. It worked perfectly the reason I bought it was because it prints on both sides of the paper. After about 3 weeks it stopped printing on the back side. I don’t know if it is because I got bad one or what but I’m disappointed. It keeps getting a paper jam for some unknown reason when it starts to print in the backside of the paper. I called Best Buy and asked what can I do and they said I would have to pay $99 dollars for them to fix it. I only paid $50 for the printer. What sense does that make to pay double to fix it. It doesn’t so know I have to call the manufacturer and see if they can do anything.

So far so good. I don’t do a lot of printing except for photos. Look great!

This thing is great; soooo much better than my last printer. Instead of getting ink once a week, I just have to replenish it once every few months.

Purchased this all in one for my daughter and it has been a great asset for us at home as well. Great bargain and it’s a space saver in her small work space!

Printing still going strong after 2 years, we had our concerns but Epson did not let us down.

Very happy with the purchase. We will see how the ink lasts. My last printer was an Epson and it lasted 10 years before having problems.

BEWARE - even though the printer says you can print in black & white if a color cartridge runs out, you CANNOT, as confirmed by Epson support on Twitter. So even if you only want to print in B&W, you have to have full color cartridges. Color printing quality was mediocre at best, and only got about 20-25 pages printed from one color cartridge. Ink goes quick! Also, intermittently won’t print from laptop for unknown reason, so have to download Epson app and then documents print fine from my phone.

Works very well after a confusing time setting it up to a wireless connection. Very good product for the money.

The printer is not easy to setup for novice. lThe one thing I would like improved is the initial cartridge alignment set up. It needs to be much simpler process. I would not recommend it for a novicr.
