After issues with the printer ink clogging, drying, spraying with those brands, I decided to try Epson brand. The printer had a display screen, was about $80.00, could print front/back, wi-fi capable; this checked off most of the boxes. The display screen is tiny and difficult to navigate. I need a new printer cartridge printing roughly 20 black only pages - they are about $40 each and when I reached out to customer support (thinking I should not possibly need to replace it already), they insisted that there was nothing to be done but to buy new cartridges. The printer consistently has issues showing connected to the wi-fi, but none of my devices are able to find it unless the printer is restarted. Likewise, the printer has issues with the scanner and communicating the information to my computer. I have tried to troubleshooting and the customer service (the website is circuitous and does not even lead to answers). After my experience with this device, I will not be purchasing another Epson product. Instead, I will likely return this to Best Buy for their recycling program for a meager discount off a different brand.

The model is , ART308FFDM06, SERIAL # VSX02 73930, AMANA THIS ONE HAS WIRE SHELVING , , We really would appreciate a answer Thanks so much , MY MEMBER ID IS 4776817442, Also is there anyway we can have flat shelving inside , some items seem to fall over with the wire shelving .

Ink cartridges don't last and are $$$, waste of $

I am having to buy black ink cartridges once a month and I am purchasing the Epson XL cartridges. At $40 a pop, spending $200 so far on ink has been a complete waste of money. I'd return it if I still had the box.

Must download program on your computer and sometimes takes awhile to download updates. Not really that great of a printer.

Prints Slow but it prints both sides

I do like the quick load paper holder in the back. Not having to pull out the tray to load makes it easier.
