If that is still true, its not with this particular Epson model printer. PRINTER: Paper always jamming. Print quality subpar; always looking like needs realignment. User Interface very clunky to operate; can use a touch screen which this printer doesn't have! INK: Drys up quickly regardless not printing often. Cartridges often hard to find at stores and also expensive. DO NOT BUY 3RD PARTY INK! Epson often updates firmware to block those cartridges. SOFTWARE: UI Looks like was built for a WINDOWS 3.1 OS. Drivers sometimes needs reinstalling for some reason when not finding printer. Mobile App is even worse and doesnt print anything correctly from my mobile device.
