I have spent 40 hours over the last 2 weeks trying to get it to print. It is almost impossible to uninstall and restart installation. No matter what configuration I use, it only works occasionally, after hours of troubleshooting and deleting documents from the print queue. I'm treating this as a punishment for not looking at more printers. I researched printers for weeks, and the pictures provided of this printer were deceptive. It never showed one shot of the printer with the paper tray up in the back. I absolutely did not want that because of the printers placement in my office. After some more time, I will replace this printer with something that actually works more than 15% of the time.
