I don't know what told me to go with epson as there were a lot of HP printers around the same price that I know, based off of owning & using a couple of HP printers, won't come with problem like epson. I first purchased this printer for my dorm, when I took it out of the box and assembled it it turned on and was working but when it came to printing documents it failed to print because apparently the ink was running low. So I went to Best Buy and bought the ink that was made for this printer, when I went back to my dorm again the same message popped up again saying black ink low even though I had just popped a new ink cartridge inside the printer. Anyways I returned the printer back to Best Buy and they gave me a full refund for the ink and the printer and I bought myself an HP Officejet 3830 series and I love that printer. No hassles, no errors, a perfect printer made from a trusted manufacturer (HP).

Cheap but needs a better ink longevity so low

Even if you dont have color ink and you have left with black ink only it will never print. Now 2nd month I am trying to fix competsbility with my laptop tlso I can use scan. It never works it always asking to update software when you do Its again asking you to update software. Do not buy this even for 10$
