The black ink carts last for like 20 pages before you have to spend roughly $20 on a new one. Based on reviews it appears multiple people have the same issue. Epson please explain how forcing numerous people to pay $20 dollars for 20 pages is anything but a scam? Save the corporate response. When this many people are having the same issue then your product is the problem. It's a shame that Best Buy has even agreed to sell this product as it hurts their credibility as well.
