Not a good purchase

The screen is a toggle screen and difficult to navigate. I would not recommend this printer to anyone.

When I called to complain, got routed to "corporate" because the local store "couldn't do anything to help" me. And corporate disconnected me. So, didn't like the product and didn't like the local store and pretty much hate corporate.

Not too happy with purchase.

Liked my HP Photosmart all-in-one better and it was cheaper than this one. Wish I had bought another HP instead of this Epson. Sorry, I may get to liking it better in time but right now, seeing how it works, I would not have bought it.

Doesn't Print Wirelessly

Each time I try to print wirelessly I get an error that won't go away until I uninstall and reinstall. Waste of time and money.

Tried to call Epson and was told they couldn’t hear me very well as they were processing my replacement after I did find out that the hard drive was fried out of the box. Do not buy this piece of garbage.

This it the worst printer I have ever purchased!

I have had to delete and set up this printer three times in the last two months. It runs out of ink quickly and is not user friendly. I want to return it. It also won't easily connect to wifi.

Garbage Printer

Scanner quit working after a couple months, and now the printer is printing the colors wrong and inconsistently. 40 bucks for new ink and the prints come out looking like an old tv with scan lines.

Absolutely garbage

Even if you want to print in just black and white. Other printers might do the same but this is a terrible customer experience. What a joke of a product and company.

Started off great....

I got it home, it was easy to set up and everything seemed great! Well all of a sudden the printer won’t take the paper and it rips it all up. I literally had this printer for a week and it is broken.

This Machine is Absolutely Horrible!

Does not feed envelopes well or any paper that is thicker than copy paper. Jams easily and absolutely ABSORBS INK like crazy! I would NOT recommend this machine to anyone.

Bad Experience

don't spend your money on this printer

Worst printer I’ve owned

If you want a printer that barely works
