    Horrible printer don't waste your money, and if you do get it. Don't ever update any firmware or you will probably be returning to buy another new printer. Buyer Beware!

    The ink will last you literally 10-15 pages and when you want another black ink cartridge it will cost $40 plus tax! DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF JUNK.

    I had my last Epson 610XP loved it and it finally died after 10 years. I am so disappointed in the new one. I just got it and supplies are almost gone and the quality is very poor.

    broke,4 months out of warranty, pure junk. Worked great for a year then it broke, scanning is very slow printing is a little faster but not much and we had it set on draft(low quality). ink is pricey!

    I do crafts so I needed a printer with a sharp and bold image, this printer always prints white lines through images even after doing the maintenance clean that is recommended and the color is very dull. I would not recommend it!

    Will not print even with new cartridges

    After a year of minimal use, the printer no longer print black and white even with new cartridges. Other colors work except for black. Very disappointed.

    Horrible the ink runs out fast!! If you print in black and white the color ink still runs out too!!! Do not buy this printer I brought it Jan 21 and I’ve spent over 200 on ink and haven’t even printed 100 pages

    I bought the printer to print resumes. Follow directions and went to print, Nothing! After a few attempts and adjustments and still no ink on paper. After a dozen printing attempts it used half the ink in cartridges. What a waste of money.

    This printer is garbage. I am lucky to be able to print even one page the few times I use this junk. Either the paper gets trapped inside the printer or the printer cannot connect to my wifi. Avoid this product at all costs!

    Really BAD BAD product, the ink does not last nothing. about 50 pages and is gone. Does not take any generic ink after last update. Went to the garbage. Had for about a month and the worst printer I have ever had.

    Not worth it. at all.i tried to return it, but it was 17 days past the cut off. And now there is a new return policy. Smh. The ink drive is beyond small, which is costly. Not what I expected, or neeeed.

    Pretty Good Printer for Home

    When I first received this product, I found that it was pretty easy to set up and to get working. The only thing that I couldn't get working was the wi-fi connection between my computer and the printer, but the bluetooth connection between the printer and my phone worked well, so I just used that instead. I'm guessing that the connection issue was with my computer, not the printer itself. I printed color and black and white documents, and everything worked really well. The ink dried quickly, so I didn't have to worry about smudging anything when grabbing the finished printed product. The double sided printing took a little while, but as long as I wasn't trying to print off a bunch of things like that, the time wasn't a concern. I didn't print any photos, so I'm unsure how this works on photo paper. Scanning things looked really great. The only 'complaint' that I have with the scanner is that it didn't scan anything double sided. Unfortunately that's a lot of what I scan, so it was quite time consuming and took some effort to remember what I scanned and what I didn't. The scanning to e-mail function worked really well though, so everything came over very quickly. All in all, I think this is a pretty good product if you're doing normal printing/scanning and don't have to do a ton of stuff using double-sided things. This is a review for the Epson Expression XP-4100 Small-in-One Printer that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.

    Didn’t work at all would print just lines. Called customer service they were helpless. Took it back it was after 15 days I lost money on the extended warranty. Don’t waste your time.

    This item started printing lines on copies in the frost couple of days. We had the same one that was older doing the same thing. Thought it was just old. Seems to be a flaw in the design.
