My old printer died and needed a replacement in a pinch. Got a great deal on this model. Easy to set up. Connects right to my cellphone using wi-fi. So convenient to print shipping labels and documents!

Overall a very good low cost printer, especially with WiFi capability. Fairly easy to set up and use. Ink prices are higher than I like but about par for individual cartridges. The starter ink cartridges lack of ink always bothers me...but they all do it. I like the amount of paper you can load.

I normally buy HP products, however, this Epson printer is a bit better than my old HP printer. It prints fast. My only complaint is that it is very noisy. Other than that, it was worth the money.

It's simple, does all that I need it to and more. It works like a charm and completes all my copying, scanning and wifi needs beautifully! No problems and fits where I need it next to my computer great! I love the wireless feature and makes the use of cords obsolete! The customer service from Walter was most excellent during my purchase at store front in Killeen, TX.

I really like the front screen easy to turn off and on. It is much more quiet than my previous model yes model. I just have to get used to the the functions. I am enjoying it

I trust Epson for home printing. This XP4100 replaced a Epson XP420, that lasted over six years. This new model has improvements, and is reasonable priced!

Never bought an Epson before. Always preferred Canon but they didn’t have the one I wanted in stock so I bought the lower priced-on sale Epson. Had a mildly irritating time setting it up as directions weren’t clear. Thought it had touch screen. Is somewhat laborious fumbling around with up/down-left/right buttons. After you get through that-for the price, is a good printer.

Just walked in not knowing what to expect, or even if we'd be allowed into the store. Was in a crunch and needed a printer, naturally Best Buy was my default choice, and so took a chance. The sales person was very safe, but extremely friendly and helpful .. even went into the back and grabbed the very last one! Got it home and it's worked like a champ!

I like that my phone can connect to it. Makes things much easier. Not the fanciest printer or a photo printer, but an amazing price. I’m a college student and it works great for printing notes, papers, etc.

This printer is the perfect size for a college dorm room. It does not take a lot of space. It works well and prints well and fast. The files are clear and vibrant.

Great little printer, been looking for a printer that is simple and does it’s job, I got it with this. Looking forward to buy another. Doesn’t just works fine, but ink is affordable.

Finally, the perfect home printer that I was looking for. It's very easy to set-up the wireless printing across multiple computers & devices, took only like 20 minutes. The best feature that I like is when it goes to sleep mode for extended hours and I hit print from my computer, it wakes up on its own and starts printing right away. I don't have to touch the printer at all to wake it up, unlike some of the HP ones I've used & returned. Doesn't take up a lot of space, and crisp print quality.

It does what it is supposed to do. Easy set up and prints well.
