Had an issue after a firmware update that the printing heads went out of alignment. After some troubleshooting, it's working back to normal. If you're printing portraits or need fast printing, spend more elsewhere.

I PAID FOR THE GEEK SQUAD AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE WHO ARE OF NO ASSISTANCE AT ALL. TOLD ME I HAD TO TAKE THE UNIT TO A BEST BUY STORE TO HAVE IT REPAIRED. AS A SENIOR I AM UNABLE TO DO THIS; WHICH IS WHY I PAID FOR THE GEEK SQUAD PROTECTION. NOW I'M STUCK WITH A UNIT I BOUGHT AND PAID FOR, TO INCLUDE PAYING FOR THE GEEK SQUAD PROTECTION. IT'S JUST SITTING ON A STAND TAKING UP SPACE. NO MORE PURCHASES FROM BEST BUY!

It seems to hold plenty of paper and print quickly without loss of quality. The only thing I'm not crazy about is the lack of an easy-access USB port or SD card slot for quick printing/scanning.

Documents as well as pictures come out just fine and at a fair speed. The on screen display and controls are easy to navigate through and setting it up wirelessly was easy. I am able to print and scan from my computer, phone and tablet.

Easy to use and prints good quality. Just hate replacing the ink so often.

The print quality is good and I'm glad that the ink is not expensive. It doesn't seem to have the ability to print in draft mode, which is important to me. I'll keep searching though, maybe it's just me.
