I replaced my HP printer, which I had for several years. Went to buy ink cartridges for HP & found this Epson printer on sale. The price was same as buying ink cartridges for HP. I don't do much printing so this printer meets my needs. I'm happy with it.

Easy to set up, very good printing. Waiting to see how long the supplied ink lasts.

I like my printer it's small enough to fit anywhere around the house. The down side of this printer, The ink is expensive I use the printer to print out my essays. The ink that comes with the printer dont last very long, you need to purchase the more expensive ink..

This was easy to set up in a small space. Efficient to use, prints quickly . It’s a great asset to our daily life.

Absolutely awesome printer! Very simple to use, and easy to setup. I have a simple home office setup and it's perfect.

It prints just fine both wired and wifi. However it would be nice to have a touchscreen to navigate the menus. Has all the basics for the price point but might want to spend more if you want an easier experience navigating settings regularly.

I’ve had some issues where it doesn’t want to connect to our internet. However, comparing it to the printer I had previously, it is so much better at everything from its speed to its noise as well.

I finally had to get a new computer & the guys at BB really did a great job in steering me to the right printer for my home use. It was on sale & the reviews also helped with my choice. I had no issues setting it up, as I followed the directions step-by-step. Print test page & other test pages came out without issue. Its not super bulky, the avg. size & lightweight. It is loud but then again every printer I've had is loud. Epson was a brand that stood out compared to the rest, so I look forward to having this one for the next few years.

Good prints and quickly, was easy to set up for someone who doesn't under stand computer jingle, at 88 years young.

This printer was easy to set up and is printing nicely wirelessly. I am having the same issue other people are mentioning regarding the first update. It is not clear to me why and update is required on a newly installed printer and why it won't update.

I purchased this Epson as a replacement when my old Epson (of 7 years) finally bit the dust. So, I was hopeful getting a new model would be just as great. Set up was easy. And when it did print with the cartridges it arrived with, they turned out flawless. Then, it was time to change the ink. Authentic Epson. Well, no matter what I did, it would not read the chip in the cartridge. I got multiple error messages. Bought more ink cartridges. Did no good. After spending $200 in ink I finally did get some printing done. Complete with skips, missing spaces, and crooked lines. I did all the maintences. At one point I even uninstalled and reinstalled the software. I purchased a cleaning kit and clean it all out hopeful that maybe something had just gotten stuck. Nothing. I am now out of color ink, just repleace just another black ink thanks to all the printer cleaning test pages, and still have a printer that prints every other line. Which isn't going to work for mailing labels. I have spent more than what this printer was worth to begin with. I do not recommend at all. At this point I'm better off just buying a new printer.

Easy to set up with the instructions and the print quality is great. Good printer for marginal home use.
