EPSON Excellence

The system has better added options, and is user friendly. Loading the printer system was easy for both my PC and Laptop, plus easy to load on our cell phones.

Was a simple set up, which was a plus, and it has had no issues for printing from any computer, phone, ipad etc....it has been right on and quality prints!

great for simple print jobs

Got it at such a great price, works great print quality is good, just wasn't able to set up the scanner. Looking to upgrade but for simple print jobs, yes it is good

Bought a canon right before it, it refused to connect to wifi and didnt include a cable to connect to the PC. So after a couple days of extreme frustration, I gave up and took it back. Picked up the epson and its fantastic in comparison.

I am a retired scientist who was once good with technology. I am not so good anymore. I found the setup instructions complicated and somewhat incomplete –– if I remember correctly (Memory is also a problem at my age.) Anyway the printer works for what we need it to do, which isn't much. We are mostly trying to use up our old paper supply.

Set up to my Samsung Chromebook 3 was quick and easy - except I can't figure out how to scan to my computer yet :D Overall happy with my purchase and would recommend. (Still using the "set-up" ink, so there is plenty in there to get ya started!!)

Shipped directly to my home so I didn’t have to go to the store. I was able to drop off my old printer to the store at a later date for recycling at no cost to me.
