The wifi feature is definitely convenient. I am disappointed with the ink cost. It's been years since I purchase a printer so I thought that would be better but still the same. The cost by itself made me stop using a perfectly good printer/scanner a few years ago. Sadly, it appears that hasn't changed.

I don't think I've ever rated anything so poorly, but this printer is the absolute worst. No matter how much troubleshooting I've done (and I've done EVERYTHING), it has never worked properly. I've unfortunately owned it for over a year now and didn't realize Epson had only a year warranty period, so I'm stuck with a low quality, defective printer. And while my Epson wasn't working, a family member's Epson also acted up horribly to the point where they had to get a new one. My suggestion? Steer clear and go with another brand that's actually worth your money.

The printer performance is exceptional. Print Quality is also very good. Couple of things, the ink is used a bit more, as it finishes a bit quicker and if many pages are printed at once there remains a chance of paper jam.

I needed a printer and I wanted one that had wireless capability. This one is pretty easy to use (once you figure out the wifi situation). The scanner works very well. The smartphone app is good too. No complaints here.

I ordered a new printer online. It arrived at my Best Buy store two days ahead of the scheduled delivery. When I picked it up, curbside, my wait was only about two minutes. A very friendly employee delivered to my car. I love my new Epson Wireless All-In-One Inkjet printer. I was also very pleased with the customer service and employee help.

I’ve been looking everywhere for a printer that works with my chromebook. It’s an older version but it’s still convenient cause I could print stuff from my iphone. It’s also a pretty good price.

This is an affordable al-in-one in a more compact size. Great for home for lighter use. I had an older version that finally needed to be replaced and I bought the newer version.

Once the Geeks found the Epson app on my computer I was able to connect it. So far I am pleased with it. Have only printed from a word doc. Haven't tried to do anything else.

I purchase this printer for my daughter that was going off to college. It is super easy to set up in use. This is the secon epson printer we have purchased. Super easy to connect to your Bluetooth or Wi-Fi and use from your phone.

I don’t have a computer but I want to print off my phone. I was nervous at first but it worked and it was so easy. The set up was easy. I’m glad I got it. It works wonders just for a low price.

Great compact printer that does great on printing and adjusts to heavy reliance on blank ink. copies very clear. great buy that saves time from going to Office Depot or Kinkos for home needs and business printing.

Easy to set up and use. Ink is expensive and doesn’t get you far but that is consistent with many printers. Happy with this purchase because it gives us convenience and the quality of print is great.

I am adjusting to the new printer. It's quite a change from our other Epson printer which was more or less designed for the home workplace. This one is easier in some respects but slower, but for the work I need to do is sufficient.
