I had an epson printer years ago and it worked for years without a problem but then the ink cartridges were no longer available so I replaced it with a wireless hp which had trouble connecting to the internet etc I then tried a canon which worked well for about a year and then started to give trouble. Canon won't even let you speak to support unless you purchase their extended warranty for $20/yr. Went back to epson and I think this is a winner. Connected to the internet by itself with no problem. The ink is easy to install and I am hoping for years of printing.

Super easy for non-techy like me to set up, great price and works great for my home office needs. Easy color cartridge installation. I would definitely purchase again and highly recommend this printer.

I liked the idea that a geek squad employee could come to my house and install my new printer. It works well. I have not had time to use it very much so far, but what I have enjoyed using it as much as I have.

This is a great product that has lasted us quite some time. The printer has never given us a problem since we got it, even through long periods of non-use.

My trip to Best Buy today started off a bit rocky but ended up on a brighter note ! I went to buy ink for a copy machine that we had just purchased and the trip took upwards of an hour, I witnessed several people waiting to get waited on and some of them gave up and left the store without getting any. I wound up calling Corp. and talking to a nice lady that gave me the number for the ink I needed. Another nice lady , Angelina Reyna offered to check me out as there was only one person at check out ! I'm looking forward to better times when you're able to have more than one person working the floor !

Decent printer for basic printing, the quality is good for the price.

The printer is great but it was very hard to find ink for this printer and ran out of black ink in less than one month. The price of the large black is the almost the same price as printer. Also need to make sure that printer firmware is not updated or I am forced to buy Epson original ink.

Good cheap printer. Very small and good for saving space.

Great printer for a small home office. I purchase for light printing for working from home due to the whole covid-19 pandemic. The printer is easy to set up. If you are not going to use the wireless printing then you will need a printer cable to be able to set up. I recommend this printer for someone who is looking to print once in a while.

I have to say I'm a bit unsure of my feelings. I've only used it a couple of times and It has stopped printing already, reading out replace ink and it's black not even the color?? I don't think it's fair I have to buy more ink so fast!!! Literally less than ten copies... ;(

I don’t do a lot of printing. I need a simple low-cost Wi-Fi printer to print occasional documents from email. This does the job well. It’s not super fast. It’s somewhat noisy. Perfect for what I needed.

I love this printer. I needed it for return labels and copies. Soon I will be printing pictures taken with my phone. Once you figure out how to sync it to your phone it's all great from there.
