Easy to set up and easy to use, even for a novice.

I just needed a simple printer for home use that will not make my credit card cry. This fits the bill. It is easy to set up and affordable. I'm using it with my macbook and very happy.

Good wi-fi connection and good copying and remote printing. Set up physically and for software is very lengthy. Miniature control screen is sometimes confusing to navigate. So, beyond the setup and familiarization, a good machine.

Better than I expected for the price. I’m printing from my phon and computer... Nice! Works better than I’d have wished. I’d say great deal for cost!

This is an inexpensive printer. Printer works fine, but does experience connection problems. The scanner however will not work and they state you cannot get software for it to work with win 10 from Epson. have to go to the windows store.

Just looking for something simple to use for copys

easy to set up and is usefull as a printer. could use the wifi printer as well. The only issue is the USB interface, cannot plug in the USB directly. it needs an adapter.

Was excited with the Epson printer for my home office. It was an easy set-up. When starting to print my fist page the ink cartridge carrier stopped and would not move again. Returned for a replacement.

Like all the Epson printers I have owned the overall quality is good. There is however an issue with scanning. The communication between the computer and the printer when I want to scan is poor. I am forced to reboot the computer and restart the printer almost every time I want to scan something.

Bought this as a first time printer almost 2 months ago. Very pleased with both the quality of pictures it prints, as well as regular black and white copies. No regrets on this model.

I don’t do a lot of printing. But I needed a printer for some personal things. This one does the job. It’s fast and clear. Does exactly what I need and a fantastic price too.

I was surprised at all this printer could do at the such a low cost. It’s great, wireless printing from my iPhone, laptop, scanning to my devices, remote printing..etc I love it!

Super easy to use. No issues: slightly annoying you need to connect using wifi setting every time you want to print but overall great product

Thought it would be a good little printer for light use, however it takes forever to print and uses a ton of ink. Its easy to set up, however Epson still has yet to update its online controls a little. Its also quite big for a little printer.

This is the worst printer out there. Cheap and breaks easily. I have own a similar printer with same printer cartridges. I followed instructions and put them in. I was careful not to touch the bottom and metal. It would ask me page type and I would put 81/2 x 11 hit ok nothing. Then press ok on plain page. Nothing. Eventually it printed test page. Then I tried to put level of print. When I tried to enter 4 it would go to 5 ect. ect. Finally got the test page printed. Tried to connect to Wi-fi I walked away to give it a chance. Came back nothing. When I tried to get it to print, there was a problem with level. Was saying to contact customer service. I look on box and notes 120 pages with black ink. It 9:39 at night so can not contact anyone. I kept putting the cartridges in three times. I’ve done it before with a printer I had three years ago. I look and I have red on my hands. I take out cartridge and they are leaking. Ink all over my hands. So annoyed. Then when picking printer up a piece breaks off were you lift to put in paper. I am messing with this piece of junk I have on my table and I’m on my bed and I sat on glasses and broke my glasses. This turned out to be the most expensive mistake I made. Now I have to contact Best Buy. I purchased insurance but I don’t want this product PERIOD. I just want my money back. I will have to take a bus to return it. This is a piece of garbage. Stay away. I do not understand how it has great reviews. Because of what was written and the amount of stars I brought this. So upset. So will need to buy a new set of glasses behind this. Thank you Epson. Not directly your fault but if this product would have been as good as it said it is I would be happy which I am not. I though I would get a printer to say time so I did not have to run to the library every time I need to print something.

Love the printer. Works very well. Connected it to computer via USB cord since my WiFi can be spotty. Scanner could not be connected, even with Epson help line. Wish there was a printed owner’s manual; do like that the printer set -up did load the manual onto the computer .

Purchased for my apartment and I love the wireless feature so I can work from my bedroom and send things to print as I'm needing them.

I bought this for my CEO and connected to wireless without any problems. There have already been two OTA firmware updates that only took minutes to download.

I don’t use a printer often but this guy really gets the job done. Connects to all my devices. Setup takes awhile but besides that it’s great for small families.

Picked up this printer from best buy and it has been working great until now. Prints great, Ink Cartridges are not that expensive and Wifi Connection is stable.
