Only had a few hiccups when installing, but that was due to the fact I did not uninstall the old printer. Mom can print again and that is all that matters.

I don't print that much and it works great for me. I did have to get accustomed to the slowness but it gets the job done. I like that the print cartridges are less expensive than the last printer I had.
