Had very little problems hooking this printer up after all the updates were loaded. No issues with this printer.

Not happy with this printer at all. I have been giving it a chance for over 6 months now. I have spent so much money on ink (yes, using genuine Epson 212 ink cartridges). I really do not even do that much printing but this printer, by far, uses more ink than any inkjet I have ever used. The last 2 times I have changed ink because it stopped in the middle of a two-sided print job, it makes a horrible ratchetting sound & jams the paper. It claims to offer excellent print quality for photos & docs; it's good, not excellent. The ability to print from other devices via wi-fi is great, but most printers offer that now. As far as software, I have had to uninstall & reinstall the drivers many times. The scanning function from the installed software on the desktop is not user friendly & takes too many steps to scan & file a simple document.

It is a great all purpose work from home printer. Easy wireless set-up.

Terrific price point. In does tend to run out quickly though. Functionality is spot on and easy to use.

This is a very good printer for affordable price with all required features. The print quality is superb and easy to operate. Scan is working with great quality and goes straight to my one drive account which is an awesome feature. The Configuration of email feature etc are really awesome. Color print quality is awesome as well.. I printed my baby birthday pics ad they came out incredibly great on Epson photo print paper.

I would give this a 5 star but the scanning software is very weak and the bed does not support scanning. Printer works good, software installed easy and I could print. Much better then HP printer software.

It a little bulkier than we would have preferred, but that is on us for our awkward desk. It works perfect for what we need. Has a few too many controls, but was perfect price for us in our budget.

I seriously need this for work and my for pictures that I scan now. Easy to use and very convenient.

This is a replacement for one I had, this is a great little wireless printer.

haven't used this much yet but was easy to install and setup --- the screen is simple to understand and use

No issues with item, happy I finally got a Bluetooth capable printer. Quality is great and use often.

I'm consider myself to be technologically astute but this was not as user friendly for the set up and other functions such as scanning from the computer or on the printer itself. I still have not set up the app on my phone because the overall set up of the device along with connecting my laptop for wireless printing was a little tedious. The ink didn't last long prior to getting the notification to order more. I bought this d/t being quarantined and having to submit homework for my child. I had a Canon Pixma prior to this and decided to try this one out for side. I'm still mixed about the printer, even after a month of use.

Bought it to make photo copies, worked right out of the box with a little time setting it up - the same as all printers

I love it! It's does everything I needed to do. It's very easy to use and can hook up to any device by Bluetooth

Bought to produce labels for mailings. Works fine and was very easy set up. Was plug and play

It is very easy to set up and you're able to do so without a CD drive.
