Truthfully , a can of spray print would have been better . Trust me . I had it for less than a year --- and I did not buy warranty from best buy . Bad mistake . I reached out to epson customer service and it is frustrating getting through. SIo i bought a better one --- from best buy . They really need to stop selling this product .

Serious connection and setup problems

BUT, I've had major problems: 1) Getting it setup to print double sided is impossible to figure out (it's buried in a menu somewhere). I had to call tech support for them to walk me through it. Now I can't remember, so my wife can't print double sided from her computer. 2) Our computers have a hard time connecting to the printer. It's very frustrating. It often takes several tries, and restarting the printer, and sometimes the computer.
