    The print quality for documents is very good. BUT, I've had major problems: 1) Getting it setup to print double sided is impossible to figure out (it's buried in a menu somewhere). I had to call tech support for them to walk me through it. Now I can't remember, so my wife can't print double sided from her computer. 2) Our computers have a hard time connecting to the printer. It's very frustrating. It often takes several tries, and restarting the printer, and sometimes the computer.

    works good. Would be nice if it was a touch screen. Best buy took forever to ship it out though. Even though they had one in the store that was 45 minutes from me. They shipped it from a store that was out of state
