My old printer was 11 years old and the cartridges are now obsolete so I had no choice. The print quality is far superior than what I had. It's very quiet and the print time is instantaneous. The size was also a nice surprise as I have limited desk top space. The Wi-Fi connection was done by my son and was easy to program. As a tech illiterate I'm slowly reading the manual and still learning to use the various features.

Great for basic scanning and printing

Basic application we wanted this was to scan documents. Feel the scan rate could have been better. But for the price rate I think its manageable. Also the print quality with the provided cartridge seems to be good. Yet to try on the photo film as seems this should be good for the small photos print (Color print on a normal paper was also good). Initial setup took some time but wasn't hard to setup. But one thing i like to highlight was its wifi setup took a while to connect to the router (maybe it depends on the router too and the distance). Overall great product for the price point.

Pretty simple to use and good quality.

Plus I love the fact that it came with ink! Ink can get super expensive, especially when you're buying the printer too.

Easy Setup, Got It On Sale

The black ink is small so don't use it to print 50-100 pages. I need it as a spare printer when I have to print a few pages. Big jobs will be done at work (when it opens). Setup was easy, Just follow the directions it comes with. No need to install the software from the CD. I like that the window is in the front. I can see what's going on. Have not used the scanner yet. One day!

The Epson is WIRELESS ONLY. I even had a USB I could use. The printing is fine, but the scanning no, and it will work, then not work....I input the WIFI into the Epson over and over, uninstalled and reinstalled the software. Calling Best buy helped get the printer set up, but even with GEEK SQUAD they told me they would CHARGE ME if I ask about scanning. Then it scanned fine. Then didn't. Epson doe NOT have good tech support. Had to call Apple. Still can only scan using the slow method, not the faster method.

Instructions are clear and easy to set up. Price was affordable
