For the price, the printer has been working great. Have always used HP printers. so had a learning curve. Had a little problem setting up 2 sided printing, especially working with my Hallmark Card studio software. Overall works great for my applications. Another plus, I was paying close to $100 for HP XL black + color ink cartridges. Epson cartridges are about half.

The synching process is not really intuitive or straight forward and the support isn't really that thorough. When it works I like the scanner quality and it's perfectly okay printer. If you have a Mac, there may be compatibility issues.
