The synching process is not really intuitive or straight forward and the support isn't really that thorough. When it works I like the scanner quality and it's perfectly okay printer. If you have a Mac, there may be compatibility issues.

I wished it stored paper in it instead of on top. It’s not going to fit we’re I needed it to because of that and I thought I had checked that before purchasing. I find it not always user friendly and can’t alter some features when printing like magnification, size or just make it black and white and not use color There were way too many steps for set up. There were about 5-6 separate things to download before you could use some of its features like scanning
