The only thing that is a little bit of a drag is the scanning function doesn't just go straight into the computer, it has to connect through Wifi, but not a biggie. Still love it!

It was difficult to set up to print initially because we needed to down the driver. I had to schedule an appt with the Geek Squad and the Geek set it up for me. I think you should have the driver installed instead of having the customer do all the work.

It wouldn't print on paper that I was layering bcz it was already printed on and I was out of black in in a day. Ig because it was "printing" but it wouldn't pull the pages through but once I loaded a blank sheet it printed just fine. I would've purchased another ecotank if I would've known I'd run out of ink so fast as I ended up spending $200+ anyway.
