Had a printer that had setting problems @ figure it out, wasn't able to figure out the new one I purchased, it kept saying I needed to do steps @ perform the steps @ still didn't work. Contact geek squad @ trued to trued to help to assist wasn't able , wasn't able to get assistance in store with geek squad, was informed wasn't able to hook in there Wi-Fi. Call geek squad again one I got it back home, @ Green thumb workout was informed I was out of there area . I gave up and decided to go back to the older perimeter I've had to try to figure out what the problem was and did. Never will I ever get a Epson computer again too many complications.
