Usually buy HP printers but tried this one. NOT disappointed. Easy setup, easy to use. Print quality is awesome. Good Purchase!!!

Not as friendly as told. I had another Epson and the functions were different. Just need to figure out how to operate this one.

Well made, easy use and install. The included Instructions were clear and was able to complete wi fi, ink, paper, etc., in a matter of minutes.

It was fairly easy to set up and only once has lost its connection to my Chromebook. Not sure how the connection was lost meaning it may have been an issue with my Chromebook. I own a 4100 model and wanted an upgrade and a back up printer. If you are looking for a basic printer than look no further.

Easy to set up. Great for home printing needs. Love the wireless wifi capability and the app for my phone.

Honestly is great for what I needed it for, which was basic printing. Good if you're on a budget!

The printer can be a little bit difficult to set up for a person who doesn't have experience with printers, you must follow the steps to align the headers of the printer the first time is used. But if you already have had a printer before or are a little bit technical, this will not be a problem. The printer is perfect if you don't print too much, only once in a while.

This printer is a goodbye when they print the papers come out quick. I don’t have to wait long for the papers to come out from the printer. The ink comes out clearly and nice colors. It doesn’t smear it prints out real nice and good price for it. It’s worth it

Setting this up was a nightmare. App tries to guide setup, but it wifi didn't take after two tries. I was able to get it connected to wifi after my third try, but the printer refused to stay connected. I would come home with a message on the screen that an error forced it to restart. Then the error would tell me to reboot the printer because a different error had occurred. The printer displayed that it was disconnected from wifi but had an IP address. Horrible app and on the unit itself. My Brother printer never disconnects from the internet. When it is connected to wifi (after a reboot and setting it up from scratch), I was able to AirPrint from my iPhone's notes app. It literally took two minutes for printing to start. Printing a picture via AirPrint right after that took around 20 seconds to start printing. Go figure. Then I went to print another photo and the printer was gone from my AirPrint list. Very frustrating. I have a rock solid Netgear AX3600 mesh system with a node 12 feet away but the status screen on the printer says the connection is poor. No idea why this thing is so terrible. Perhaps it doesn't like my wifi setup; if you have a 2.4ghz network, you might have better results. But I wouldn't count on that. Print quality is on par with any other inkjet. Copy function worked well, but the printer seems really, really slow. I wouldn't recommend this printer unless you plan on using it without the wifi. It's just too unreliable, at least on my (otherwise completely problem-free) network.

The printer is good quality and works great. We had trouble getting the internet connected.

So far so good. Installation on my microsoft surface pro was challenging but it worked.

This is a great little printer for the price. The intro ink does go quickly so make sure to get the XL inks to keep printing. The print is clear, and new cartridges do run alignment tests, but that is very simple to do.

Work great. I had to buy a new printer because my one at work quit working. This does the trick.
